You were honest about a few of the faults. Why did you hide information on the remaining problems existing on the car, when you knew fully well that he had no option of inspecting the vehicle and checking things for himself? You sold him a lemon. Simple.

If you value your name, reputation and integrity, then you would either fix ALL those listed faults for him at no additional cost, or refund his money and collect your car back without further stories. C'est fini!

Bros how much do u think a naija used 2002 MB C240 is worth? If u ask me 730k is a fair price, if not too much. This is a 13 yr old Mercedes, those luxury cars lose their values faster with time because they have too many features and with age those features will fail. A 2001 camry still has better second hand value than a 2002 MB C240. Go ask car dealers.

Finding from my mechanic so far:
1. power steering pump = 28k
2. ABS pump working intermittently after reconnecting all brake lines and bled off = ? ABS module could be as high as 100k so he said
3. ATF = 15k, the man used abro dextron 3 and already driven car with it from lag to ph

and the other 9 problems excluding workmanship. Especially gearbox shifing eratically. I don't think 50k is too much to ask

And based on his assessment, the car was paid for by the buyer taking possession of car physically. I just hate what u did. Don't do this again.
