you are right though cos as at last week over 100 million homes had downloaded Windows 10 on their pc with 1.3billion ready to update it on their pc.....if theres a universal app on an OS that can work all ways and also make ur phone work like ur pc why wont people port to the OS....i see a crazy bright future for windows mobile 10

how can i transfer apps to other devices of different brand names? how do i also transfer apps using the bluetooth? cant i download app from store without wifi connection switched on? i'm having difficulties in installing some apps
Open Store. Click on that ... at the bottom right of the screen. Select Settings. Turn off "Only get updates over Wi-Fi"

You're set.

In addition to this. To download bigger size app while on mobile data, go to data sense and set your data plan to unlimited.

simple.... Do u have UC browser, open google on UC browser and type windows phone apps store for Nigeria.make sure ur UC browser is in speed mode ,it will bring out a windowsphone.com bla bla bla, click on that link it will take u to a windows phone app site, type the app u want on the search button, when it brings out the app ,scroll down and click on download manually, make sure u have am cmemory card ,it will download the file to ur UC browser folder on ur memory card

If u wanna install it on ur fone, all u have to do is restart ur fone and click on store the click on the option in the store ,u will see my app, install from local and settings
Click on install from local, make sure u have ur data connection on ,it will bring out the just downloaded app, install from there ...that's all

Yeah. It's a nice device.

Have you heard of the L550 in the works? Though it has some nice innards, but I don't like that it will have less screen estate (4.7" ) than the 5" of the L540. In that case, I'll take the L640 over it even though the former is older.
No, i've not heard about it. But 5, inche is my preferred screen, anything lesser or bigger is inconvinience to me. That is why, after this i'm going all out for L930.

I'm sure they're in your phone lol. Had the same issue with my L620. Just close the music app and open it again. It takes a while for the playlist to refresh.

I kinda liked the old Windows 8. At least you could get new songs and see them as 'new' when you launch the music app. I miss that.

Give it sometime or you can better still toggle between 'on phone only', 'on sd card' and back to "all music". all your songs will just appear.

The only thing I love here is the action center. That media player is as ugly as hell. The UI doesn't even look solid. kinda look washed out. what's wrong with Microsoft sef.
