Hw do u explain someone moving out of his body during sleep and sees d body lie down while he's up and can pass tru wall and even float in air

Science said the world is made of 90% dark matters (unknown stuff) and out of d 10% known, science is battling wit just 1% accurate info...


Thus, u hear abt new discovery every day...science is still @ testing age.

I've had uncountable sleep paralysis. Funny enough I used to think it was some spiritual attack until I read different science articles about it. Lol.. It usually happens when there's a change in your bed time.

For those who would listen,...if you wanna avoid sleep paralysis. Sleep with one of your legs totally outside your bed(if your bed is high.). Or if your bed is low sleep with your legs touching the floor. Also sleep facing up not down

If you cant face up, roll to d side. Just dont face down...even for male sleeping faceing up will prevent nocturnal emission
