ask her for the list of test so you can do them in Nigeria its far cheaper. like Gonorrhea test over their is $45 which you can do with less than 1k here. so it always better to have all your test here so you can only bother with scan which you cant dodge.

Im currently in the uk and dont know if i can still apply to the US even though my leave has been rejected

I agree with Nerf as per US Embassy's skoin skoin in London. I have experienced it first hand.
In my opinion you don't really have ties to either the UK (as per your rejected leave to stay), or Naija (as you are not even present there yet).
I suggest you relocate on time to Nigeria and settle down before applying.

How far along are you? Do you have other children? Are your parents in Naija? Your house rent/mortgage is a good tie to your country as well.

Hope this helps.

I also agree with both submissions. You do not have legal status to remain in the UK and any attempt to apply for a visa will be rejected. You must be legally present in ANY country to even contemplate applying for a Visa . Your only solution is to return home and settle down before applying . I guarantee you that you will be asked the circumstances surrounding your return to Nigeria after 6years in England. Goodluck as you decide on your next line of action.

I have said it already that its is too risky to Use your bank cards in the USA because of Hackers. If not for security reasons,It doesnt worth losing your hard earned money to thieves renamed hackers because U used your ATM abroad. These hackers are professionals & they even Hack US bank cards not to talk of Nig bank cards. May God help those who still use their cards abroad from the hands of these fraudsters.

Even when you're legally in the UK e.g. Student visa, they'll tell you to go your home country and apply.
I came to Lagos and renewed.

Well Done House

I have one or two question to ask please,

Yes, I have read the thread from pali to pali

I keep see peeps write 7k to 9k dolls cash handy at point of entry

My question is, when i have abt 2m to 3m in my account prior to interview and VO confirms my interview, i intend withdrawing from this 3m as cash to take along with me, of course i have a stable means of income and the money will still comin but u know when 3m is withdrawn , bank account will go low

Does this really matter, or is it that the amnt declared in the bank statement has to be the same amnt reflecting when one is leaving .

You have jumped and passed visa interview.
You don't need bank statement for POE, just hold your cash strong!

Please any info still?

Good day all. Please am in need of quick help. Am currently in Maryland and should be due for Dec/January. I'm thinking of the option of travelling to Richmund for delivery(due to costs, Maryland is expensive). Please is there any family or people offering accommodation services? I don't want to stay alone just to be on the safe side. I'm looking through the thread for some earlier mentioned hospitals and doctors but any one's suggestion/opinion is welcomed.

-----please I'm talking about Richmond Virginia

If you can leave Naija on 1st January 2016... There's a United airline flight that's priced lower than other united flights. Check wakanow or other travel agents

@all, permit me to divert the thread a bit.
I came across this story few weeks ago and was really touched.
This couple, who after 17yrs,4 miscarriages and a still birth, suddenly found out they were pregnant when the wife who was trying to lose weight, went to the hospital for help only to be told she was 19 weeks pregnant.
Now today I learnt they had to have this baby at 24 weeks on October 21st 2015 becos the pregnancy was affecting the mum's health. Currently the delivery was successfully and the baby is doing well in NICU.
Why I brought this up is to buttress the reason why this thread was born. Not only for the pali but as we have seen here, also becos of situations like this.
Imagine if this had happened in Nigeria, I doubt if that baby would survive, the probability is really low. In all I salute all mums and dads here seeking a better life and safer delivery of their precious babies.
