You are right there concerning Abuja. Awka already has beautiful well laid out estates with well paved roads. Obiano is not joking with his ongoing planning and infrastructural developments in Awka.

He is setting up Greenwood city with equally well planned roads/streets with pedestrian walkways/streetlights etc. Obiano has set his ball rolling with a very high target- and he has been. He has equally grown the IGR to about 1.3b to enable him implement more capital projects and has again set another target of 3b.

I would also wish he begins to develop a whole new modern AWKA CAPITAL CITY in the vast ample virgin land behind the state secretariat complex area.

It is easier and cheaper to develop a brand new modern city in a virgin land than begin demolishing the old Awka in the name of modernizing someone's ancestral village into a modern city.

That is precisely why it was easy and cheaper to develop a modern city in Abuja from a virgin bush, than try to re-design Lagos by demolishing houses in order to modernize it.

I was only trying to point out the valid points which made the Anambra queen to win the crown. When other queens were asked how what they tend to achieve when they are crowned,the Anambra lady spoke exceptionally using the gully erosion as her point. Isn't that amazing?

Yes beauty constitute over 95% of the factors while questions and answer session constitute the 5%. Her beauty won her the crown, the questions were just to know what candidate had to offer when it comes to intellect.
