Master degree admission in KU Leuven is easy for international students with good bachelor degree. Apply before deadline (say before March 31st) with the documents listed below: If all your documents are in order, you will be given admission. These are what I provided when I applied applied and I was given admission.

1. a completed and signed application form (Application form for the admission procedure).
2. a copy of your passport or identity card.
3. Proof of Language requirement
4. a curriculum vitae (CV) with the following data: name and first name, place and date of birth, official address, phone number and email address you can be reached at, overview of previous studies (secondary and higher education) and (if applicable) overview of professional activities
5. a (legalised*) copy of the diploma of higher education which gives access to the chosen programme (= your bachelor’s degree). If this diploma has been issued in another language than Dutch, English, French or German, a (legalised*) translation in one of these languages by a sworn translator is necessary.
6. an academic transcript of your diploma with the following information:
- all attended courses
- the study load of each course (indicated in contact hours and study points or (ECTS) credits)
- the examination results
- (if applicable) the title of the dissertation (thesis)
- the final evaluation
These documents need to be written in Dutch, English, French or German and stamped by the issuing university.
a description of all courses in Dutch, English, French or German (must not be translated by a sworn translator).
7. Letter of recommendations 2
8. Letter of motivation
9. (if applicable) a copy of the dissertation (thesis). If your dissertation is not written in Dutch, English, French or German you can submit a summary in one of these languages (must not be translated by a sworn translator).

I legalized my bachelor degree certificate, bachelor degree transcripts and my WAEC at the Embassy of Belgium in Nigeria. Before then, I took them to the Ministry of Education in Abuja, then to Foreign Affairs Office.

Please check the school website for this. It is usually for those who are slightly deficient in the requirements needed to follow the main master courses. Pre-master programs are meant to cover such deficiencies.

Please regarding legalization.. I read in their site that I can send a certified copy or do they no longer accept that?

Certified True Copy is acceptable but it has to be legalized by the Belgian Embassy in Nigeria

Kindly prepare a minimum of 2000 Euro per year. International student must take minimum of 60 credits in a year. Each credit cost 28.68 Euro. Multiply 28.68 by 60 and add 230 registration fee to it. It is about 2000 Euro While those from EAA and those with equal status will pay 890 Euro per year
