talkin about d sperm watery, is about d sperm becoming less viscous. it should be rather viscous. Though too much of masturbation cause it atimes cos u will av ejaculate the vital part of the sperm. it may even cause low sperm count if it is too much. many things may still account to it, xo see your doctor.

1) stop sugar completely ( tho. most Nigerian foods have sugar buh try to minimize)

3) Increase protein intake (preferably animal protein eg. eggs, milk etc. and also plant protein too)... you might be lucky ur sperm will reshapen itself..
