To be honest, I think we guys are always too weak and unwilling to resist women even when it's against our morals. . .

From your post, you clearly should be avoiding her by ignoring her and reducing communication with her.

The truth is that we sometimes enjoy the attention, but women on the other hand are always quick to make a guy know they have no interest in his advances.

In a short while, she will get the message, start hating or disliking you and kill the affection and amourous feeling towards you.
However, don't be carried away, don't drop your guards, because she will come back at you really fast and desperately.

I've tried so many times to ignore her trust me, but she just wont leave. When my girlfriend comes for a visit in my place she would still come to my house and introduce herself as a neighbor..

lol, I haven't touched her, what's more is that she likes telling me intimate things going on between her and her hubby, sometimes she tell me how her husband is too busy for her, in some occasions she borrows money from me though she pays back, sometimes she gives me money if I ask why, she would say its just her nature she likes giving. I accept on the basis that she's just a nice neibor but why it's disturbing is her unusual visits to my place, her mode of dressing ( she doesn't dress like married woman) when she visit my house, her attitude towards my female friends and her constant interference in my personal life

Well, if I were in your shoes I'd just tell her I'm not comfortable with her always coming around and telling me stuff about her husband and all of that. And at the same time I'd be alot more careful with her and her antics whenever she's around (since she's rather stubborn). You can be sure she'd get tired with time and back off.
