1. Nobody knows. It depends on the vacancy of dates at the time u submit.
2. If successful, as a general rule, u are asked to pick up your visa In 2 working days.
3. If successful, sure u can book your flight immedately making sure to factor in the time ul pick up the visa.
4. Depends on the airline. If they have spaces left u can even book your flight a day before. What u now consider is issue of the possible high fare
5. I ddo not know about the time frame for statements. But its only Reasonable that u go with a recent statement. A week or 2 week old statement aint bad in my opinion but a month seems a bit old

Its both ways. if an airline see that a particular flight is getting over booked, Their software will increase the fare, if its under booked, it will reduce the fare so more ppl can buy, thats why when u check a site say at night, and in the morning, sometimes there is a slight change. But some airlines during festive period just increases knowing that ppeopl will buy.I have on 2 occasions bought a really cheap ticket 2 days before my travel and the said flight wasnt full at all ( But you dont attempt it) use ....www.google.com/flights/ and http://www.skyscanner.net/ to compare flights and fares then go to the airline website directly and buy

December to January, June to September are usually peak periods and tickets are expensive at those times.

Has anyone ever settle a payment plan for their hospital bill ? How it went down ? Did you still got to pay the package (discounted) price or did you pay the normal price and how much more was that ?

I used Oakbend in Houston before my due date since i had an emergency c-section and a premie.
Thank God, baby's fine now but i had unexpected bills to pay so the hospital bill is still pending.
Now they gave me 2 weeks after discharge but i won't meet the date and will probably need an extra 2 weeks
Now i can't sleep at night, i'm so scared they gonna raise my bill to the "undiscounted" rate. How much more could that be ?
Do you have any idea if i can manage to pay the 3500$ later on in one or two installments ?

If your phone isn't an I-phone, forget it.. Tried that at walgreens..The format of d pic would not be viewed on their system..Only pics I took with a digital camera and trsfd to my phone came up.
If you have a digital camera, then you are good to go..

Yes. Mine was 8 days when I took her to Walgreen, we were there for almost 2 hours cos she was sleeping. I had to use cold water to wake her up.

Another thing you can do which they were telling me to do, if you have a good phone you can take the picture yourself when he is awake and take to Walgreen for them to print but your baby's eyes must be open.

They invited me to the embassy about a month and 4 days after i submitted Dropbox but immediately after the interview the visa came out in 3 days

You know doctoresperati is not the same as del sol hospital (is that the spelling?) if you can get correspondence straight from the hospital better, if you want to use doctoresperati's correspondence up to you. I just gave u the hint cuz I know uv not been on the thread for a while, not sure if uv read back to know the denials that has gone hand in hand with their correspondence

How much is your total bill for the emergency CS after discount? I believe that's what you'll pay even if on a payment plan however the hospital I know call it self pay discount maybe that's why.

She may be denied and asked to reapply when she has successfully cleared her bills. Remember we all claim to have enough funds during the interview. Even the reply to the change of intent email from the Embassy usually highlights the prohibitive cost of health care. So, coming back to say you didn't know child birth was expensive in the United States and therefore you ran out of funds will sound funny and disingenuous at best. Ma 2 cents
