For the newbies who may be too #$$**&¥ to visit part 2...this is it for part 3.....until part 4 kings refer ursevz oooh...

These are some vbac friendly docs around the dallas area.

Dr Charles Griffith
Dr Yolanda
Dr Charles Downey
Dr Cummings
Dt carol Norton

Q-Tips to identify VBAC friendly docs:
1. they have conducted LOTS of successful VBAC with patient testimonies and reviews.
2. their office practice are usually housed in the same building complex / facility as the hospital.. or at most less than 5 minutes walk/drive from the hospital.
3. the hospital is most likely to be highest level NICU facility.
4. VBAC friendly docs is not a matter of certification, its more of a matter of choice that's all..

reminder: research them well and check out all your options ontime because some of them who are true VBAC docs even go the extra mile of insisting on getting copies of your med report on the previous C-Sessions to enable them make a good decision if / not you are a positive VBAC candidate.

if the doc is so quick to tell you YES to VBAC without proper background checks and med history, bekoo just pick race or ready to be knifed...

best bet if you are a VBAC candidate is to google VBAC FRIENDLY DOCTORS around your area and READ their REVIEWS to decipher amongst them who are trully VBAC experienced obgyn.

make sure durring appointment booking that you notify both the obgyn and hospital so they wont toss a policy in your face when its the 11th hour.

NOTE: ENSURE TOP FIVE UR OBGYN full info as to ur previous CS including the circumstances leading to it as some of them even INSISTS on getting a full med ops report for ur previous birthing b4 they take you on

Plus further be informed that most vbac docs wanna start seeing their patients as early / no later than 28 weeks (it is very difficult getting true v vbac docs who takes late patients... I recall driving around dallas for a whole day checking n being rejected registration with over 10 obgyn practices).

My wife eventually used
Obgyn: Charles Downey
Hospital: methodist medical centre Richardson texas.

Again. ...Google them and all other info. ... the likelihood of getting am unscheduled CS during VBAC is very high so be sure to pick a very experienced obgyn affiliated to a capable hospital. .

Gud luck

Thanks dear. I can see your wife is not new to VBAC. I saw where you talked abt it but no vex ooo. Hope am not asking for too much. Can you assist me with the exact hospital and the doctor your wife used and the total everything cost her. You will really be saving me alot and doing me a huge deal. If you have talked abt it already, can I have the page you did that. I know its not always easy to repeat things. If u can make an exception I go happy as I am VBAC desperate.
Thanks again.

You guys knew you were pregnant as at the time of being interviewed but kept that information. Sending change of intent letter might help you if you avoid the tough poes'. These people calculate during secondary inspection to determine if u were pregnant during interview. So, stay clear of Houston and Chicago poe for your own sake.

Yes. I was told by the agent to hide the fact but now I know better. I intend to use Dallas poe for obvious reasons

Wow I really feel for you. It was revoked and not a ban. That's a cancelled visa so you can still reapply. But misrepresentation could be a huge flag o! When you reapply, please be quick to apologise to the person interviewing you about your lack of knowledge in stating change of intent. He might pardon you. But ask for Ladyguinivere 's advice. She's very good with visa advice. Firsttymum answered with precision too, but seeing other opinion won't be a bad idea. Best of luck

@Nef and Favoredgal, I stay at akure, I was able to meet the lady's need cos I have more than enough. Where you bought yours will be appreciated in order to tell her- especially the 72pcs for 4k. I consider that cheap and old stock_- dats 216 for 12k.

Hello,

Two years back Myself & My Wife have been granted Multiple B2 Visa with 5 Year validity , we had been to US, she had Baby Birth in US. I visited the consulate after a while in order to get some documents ready for my Baby in order to get the US Passport, when I was there, the Officer has figured out that the reason behind being in US wasn't for pleasure, and it was for my wife to give a birth in US so our baby gets US Citizenship, hence he told me that "we believe that you were not honest your intention to visit US" and your Visa will be revoked, with a red pen he has written "REVOKED" on my Visa. I have couple of questions in this regard:

1. Is it possible for me to get a Visa to US in the future for pleasure?
2. Is it possible for me to get a Visa to US in the future for Business?
3. If I have been selected in the DV Green Card Lottery, will this case effect my chance to get an immigrant visa?
4. Will my wife's Visa be revoked as well?
5. What will be the situation if my Wife travel again to US for another Childbirth?

Appreciate your response

Regards,
1. Depends on if a ban was attached to it and how many years. There are 5 year, 10 year and lifetime bans. If all you got was a revocation, then u can reapply though the burden will be higher.
2. Business visas are B visas if I'm not mistaken. Soo same answer as above applies plus with All visas. If u have been found ineligible to enter the us, e go hard wella to convince them otherwise till the expiration of the sentence.
3. Yes. Same reason as no 2 and 1.
4. Depends on if the vo tagged your wife's visa as well because both of u applied together. So its a 50/50 thingie.
5. Ha! U never recover the former blunder u wan go try their temper again? (Personal view)
Nobody can say until she arrives poe. And dependent on if the vo made an anotation .
See eh the advice I'll give is since urs has been cancelled, use yours to test. Reapply and see that happens. Let your purpose be vacation. Hopefully from the transcript u can deduce if madam will be mentioned .
Good luck

I will cut you some slack because you discovered the thread a few weeks ago probably after you have collected your visa.
My 2 cents based on your interview: The VO took time to look at your husband and son passports and asked you questions about him to corroborate his earlier answers in the system.smart dude alert.
Looked at your data and see that you are of a child bearing age and asked you point blank about medical plan lipsrsealed
And you said NO. (I want to believe it's because you are nervous/scared of being rejected and not prepared).
And he didn't stop there,he made it clear to you that if you decide to you will be REJECTED.serious red flag embarassed
Now my dear you can still do the change/notification of intent stuff but I have a feeling the VO feed in some info about you into the system of which the implications are deportation at POE,revocation of visa, visa ban.
Therefore get the necessary doctor's documents sorted, make sure hubby and son follow you, travel as early as possible, choose a non stressful POE,add fasting to your prayers. God go with you.
Nne no be feeling. The interviews are transcribed as much as possible verbatim cos people that were not there can get the feeling of what actually transpired during the interview. That's why the cbps ask but u were asked abc and u said xyz.
Noo lef talk. Change of intent has become the cure to multitude of lies.

I think your statement is very insensitive. You asked me earlier and I told you that I only discovered this thread after I got my visa. I didn't lie cos I wasn't even asked by the vo. And then I went ahead to mention to you that I used an agent who asked me to hide the fact from the vo. I even stated in my first post how I regret using an agent and wish I knew about this thread b4 applying. I don't think anyone in their right mind would go ahead and lie after spending weeks reading through other people's experiences on this thread. I already read through and have gotten most of what I wanted. The only reason I commented was because I liked the give back spirit and I'm also willing to give back when I have valuable info as I go along on this journey. I could be selfish like my friend who hooked me up to this thread, she's in the US now to have her baby using info she got off this thread without giving back cry

I really don't understand people. They have been very educated on visa application name how to resolve visa issues through this thread. Despite being strongly advised to say the truth at the interview, some people will still lie then use the "letter of intent letter" to try correcting their lies. The "letter of intent" is meant to make life easier for those that genuinely didn't plan to give birth but had a change of plan or those that intended visiting only but now wants to put to bed.

I pray this people that abuse the process stop posting their abuse of the system online. It is better they keep quiet than ruin the chances of sincere people that plan to apply in future.

May God help us.

This matter caused a huge fight between hubby and I cos after I learnt what I know now I called the agent and told him off. He vexed and called hubby. Hubby was very upset that I insulted the agent. Why won't I insult her him? When he made us pay so much to put us in trouble.

Hmmm! Mothers travelling to give birth now, I don't envy you people at all and I don't know how you are going to do it. Banks will stop the use of ATM cards abroad from January. It is going to be crazy and it doesn't look like this present government has a clue on how to manage the economy.

For those of us who have relatives coming back this season , order as many baby foods and diapers as you would need through them, the rest can be shipped down.
