follow this instruction...remove battery put it back then press down the power key and volume down.u will see an exclamation mark..after that press the volume up once,volume down once,power button once and volume down again.leave it for 1hr or until it comes up

Brotherly I hv even formatted d memory card n re-installed opera, still d same issue. Whatsapp also does same. When I save picture sent to me (or profile pic) on whatsapp, it won't appear in my photos. I can only access it thru the app FILE.

rapthugx: I have a problem with my lumia I can't download anything with my opera mini (even a 5kb image) and if I download a picture on my on my whatsapp, I can't find it in my picture gallary. All these started few weeks ago when my memory card stopped working n I lost a lot of apps n documents. Since I changed it I had to download another opera mini n other apps. Though I can still download with my uc browser. Thanks.
