claremont: My dear, UK citizenship can be revoked or taken away That man was not the wisest Their British citizenship may be revoked if: 1. It was obtained by fraud, false representation, or concealment of a material fact; or 2.Jun 28, 2014[/font] 1 Like |

Miami11: He has been with his white wife for years, they can't prove that this is a sham wedding. He already has kids with her. The section of the law you quoted doesn't apply here. In the event that he is convicted for bigamy, that's not enough for his UK citizenship to be revoked. It takes a lot to revoke UK citizenship, the decision has to be made by the Secretary of State herself. 1 Like |

claremont: How can you not prove a sham marriage when the husband goes to his home country on vacation only to suffice married No divorce, (bigamy) No separation Kids waiting Plus am Sure he frauded the white woman money to go marry Where in the above stuff does it show he entered marriage in good faith, a requirement for visa, he probably calculated his wife overseas will not know and he will come back live as if nothing happened You have probably never dealt with immigration officials abroad, they don't think like you do, especially in UK 2 Likes |

Truckpusher: Men like you are capable of doing same as the man in the story, hence your inability to see his failings. What else could have made the man to abandon his marriage of ten years and his children? If the marriage wasn't working, is it not in his best interests to legally end the marital union with the first wife so he can be free to remarry? Why did he choose to do a secret wedding instead? What was he thinking, that the news of his *secret wedding* won't circulate? The man must be dumb then and if you still choose to defend him, then you are dumb too. Well for the records, I am entitled to my own opinions just like everyone else. So learn to pass your opinions across and desist from questioning/criticizing the opinion of others. 5 Likes 2 Shares |

I also stayed in London for 5yrs, Tracy is a mother of seven, five of her children are for four different fathers and she had two sons for her present husband and the man took responsibility of the children. Anytime she has problem with her husband she prefer arresting her husband rather than sulting it out, she is also the same person who ruined her husband brother's life name withheld, she separated their homes. her husband gave her 2million to start up a business Tracy used d money to decorate the house. Tell me is that a responsible woman, so I don't think there is anything bad in finding happiness some where else. |
