My gotv was given me errors, then i had to reset it. It is now asking of first tym installation again. In fact up till now it is bringing no service found. My IUC 46210717740,

Why my gotv keeps decreasing its channels everyday, now it does not even show Gochannel, now am just watching 10 channels. I reset scan no changes.

Please help me reconnect my decoder. I subscribe on the 2 july 2015. My account profile shows, transaction number: 307101316 Date: 5 july 2015 and still my account is still suspended. For what reason? I used the recharge card system.

E017-0 keeps showing on screen when I select other channels,...I've tried resetting it buy they tell me iuc could not be cleared.. This is my iuc number 4061818370. My phone number is 08023595035. if it has not been cleared till now, make sure d decoder is switched on and send me a text so i can activate it for u withing secs...08033523664

My GOTV is not showing,it is just writing searching for signal even the Gochannel,when I press OK for signal info,the signal strength is 0,I relocated from one area to another and since I just relocated to this new area,it has been doing like that,in my former area,it wasn't like that.
I check the connection and everything was intact,there are other GOTV working in this area,pls help,what can I do pls.

I have not enjoyed my gotv decoder at all since I bought it in june. I used it for two weeks and it started showing e17 error on all the channels. I had abandoned it until now that I decided to subscribe on it and it's the same old story, E17. my iuc no is 4613077031. Please help. I want my #1800 to go to waste.

Pls I ve a problem with my decoder. It wasn't getting all d channels I rescanned so many times but still the same so I pressed d reset button but since I reset the green and and red lights are both on and its not getting any channels plus its not getting any signal ve tried d p+p- so many times all to no avail. Ur signal strength is not supposed to be less than 90%. Buy signal amplifier or turn ur pole to increase it, those channels u mentioned exist on a high signal strength frequency. Thanks

having a problem bro.. My decoder keep saying no signal.. Have done automatic rescan yet nothing.. How do I go about it

@ guass, pls i need ur help. It's about my Gotv. I subcribe on saturday afternoon and i was texted about the success of the subsription but till now, the channels are not showing up except from NTA 1 and Lagostv which show Arise news. I call their customer care on 012703232 and i did all i was told to do by the computer, i was later told to dial *288*1# and it dont deliver, it keep saying try again on my MTN line and unknown on my Eti line. I send a text of 'Reset IUC no' to 4688 and a reply was send to me that my IUC no could not be cleared. Pls i need ur assistant, what should i do or maybe u should help me out. Take it to any nearest GOtv office. Will be changed 4 you. It's system error
