If it on it won't show all network

Please I need an assistant my gotv is not working well it will on for 1min and off instantly
And if it on back it will will show only one station
Right now its not even showing

Pls I live in Nasarawa state,got a gotv decoder about three weeks ago with 3 month subscription.The issue now is dat it keeps loading and stands for hours at 50% .it sometime takes up to an hour to increase to 51% and when it finally gets to 100% it will start all over again........ loading.IUC no- 4623338664. Sur Name Solomon.Pls do something fast I'm tired.

Was told to swap it with d latest decoder(been using mine since 2013). Is urs old too?

Was in their office today, was told is a power problem, that I can swap with an old one but at d moment they don't have any on ground. I had to buy a new one. Been using my since 2015.

Hello anybody home?


op pls my gotv keep rebooting for hours without signal,it reboot with red and green light then the light vanishes... thereafter the gotv logo appears.


pls I already subscribe last Friday.

My gotv was given me errors, then i had to reset it after resetting, It is now asking me d first time installation again. up till now it nt bringing service so no channes was found My IUC 7024081024 help plssss

Please help me too o, my own gotv is blinking red and green light, changes to steady amber and then starts blinking red and green again.
