you mentioned a doctor off the top of your head? so what correspondence did you give? cos the rules clearly state that you should have contacted a doctor who is ready to accept medical responsibility. Hospital correspondence only shows their fees and policy. You are the one giving summarized stories (maybe phony too). To come here asking for Atl doctors when that has been flogged and beaten to death and even buried in the other parts just seems phony. I am very sure that your "correspondence" clearly states that they are exclusive of physician fees.
VO advised you to book a doctor's appointment? #miraculousvisathings LWKMD!!!!
Plus you have been a registered nairalander since 2007 with interests in other random albeit male-seeming kinda posts - building and recruitment. and since 2007, all of a sudden you post on dec 29th, 2015 asking about Atl docs. maybe i have watched too much fiction sha.

Lol, sorry.

My dear just ignore any comment that is of no benefit to your quest...google the O &G doctors with associated to the hospital you are interested in...load airtime and get to work..you are sure to get one within your budget..then you can check shawbabe's posts..had her baby in atl i think..and i reiterate again simply ignore unwarranted unneccesary or rude comments.

Thanks, will check for her post.

Had someone make the deposit with the Dr office to cover, part of the total cost (hospital,Dr etc) then got a letter from the dr office on oakbend letterhead that I had made deposit towards the total medical cost. Note that they didnt even ask me any questions abt hospital or dr at Poe.

Aww that's good!! Congrats on Poe

Please my dear experienced mums and dads, I need ur advice on the exchange rate to use for my budget sheet. Used 250 naira to $1 and it summed to approximately 3M . @ KDK used 200 for his wife's recent interview, thinking of doing that but I want to be on a safe side that's why am asking. Please ur candid opinion will be appreciated. HAPPY NEW YEAR IN ADVANCE

The pediatrician (Dr R) she posted is for post delivery routine visit... So contacting her now is pointless. You contact her after u have been discharged.

The hospital has its pediatrician for while u r in d Hospital.

That's d same thing they told us we can't pay there,we told Dr E and she called them to come n take their money they came took d cash n gave us receipts there.other mamas take note u can tell Dr E to call them to collect their money is easier paying while in d hospital .[/quote]

Thanks dear.Baby didn't go to NICU was wit me thru out, dats what we tried reconciling wit those people they kept insisting is cos is cs n she was big so screened her for neonatal diabetes n I did hearing test.infact this amount was after d discount.Had to pay before d deadline given after going back n forth no further reduction so don't know if they'v increased their rate waiting to compare wit other mums using them.
