"She further stated that Mr. Kanu’s agitation for the emergence of a breakaway country called the Republic of Biafra is in line with the right of self-determination as stipulated by the United Nations Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, which Nigeria is a signatory to.
“With regard to issues of “self determination”, the crux of Nnamdi Kanu’s campaign of the Independent People of Biafra, IPOB, having communicated IPOB’s intent to all and the United Nations as required by UN Covenant on Civil and Political Rights ratified by Nigeria, that people of any community or group may wish to exercise the right of self-determination with a view to pursuing their economic, social and cultural development; aware that their dignity as human persons had deteriorated and been consciously degraded under the present dispensation, sadly appearing power inebriate.”

Sentiment

Islamic States (or what are they called) terrorist wrecking havoc have the aim to have their own country. They also have self determination and their respective mother country is under United Nations Convenant quoted here but the whole world is fighting them why? Because they are terrorist.

Some time expediency method of doing things have to be followed.

Note: I love debates.. If you have contrary opinion please quote me and say it. I am eager to learn.

This is why Nigeria is still like this. Signing petition against the first honest president we've ever had because of tribal sentiments? It is your right though. Kudos.

Anyway, in OBJ's voice, "I dey laugh o". cheesy

Demmocrats:

The same Nigerian legal system that cleared former Governor of Delta State James Ibori 170 corruption charges.

"On December 17, 2009, A Federal High Court sitting in Asaba, Delta State, discharged and acquitted Ibori of all 170 charges of corruption brought against him by EFCC"

The same Ibori that was cleared by Nigerian court was convicted by UK court on charges less than ten, Nigerian legal that has gone to the grounds.

Nigerian legal system that has been designed for the poor to go to the prison but the rich to loot and impoverish the poor. My Sai Buhari gives no fvck what they say.

Sai Buhari!!!

Thank you for bringing this to the fore. Thesame Nigerians that accused the executive for being weak and the judiciary as being corrupt, are the one crying wolf of this administration. The FG filed another charge against Kalu for treason, while another case was filed against dasuki. In any case when did we begin to have sympathy for these "alleged" looters and inventor of confusion and hardship.

If you fill a fresh charge against someone, you'd have to get an arrest warrant from a court before arresting. So the DSS cannot claim that they are re-arresting someone on fresh charges almost immediately he was granted bail.

Now Nigeria is in a mess with our judiciary system falling apart ,dansuki and kanu which of them have not committed a crime against this country,it is only in Nigeria that our judges will set a man with 599 count charges free finding no fault,no wonder professor wole shoyinka called our judiciary system baby lawyers and judges after the south Africa judge pass is order before our own country judges could pass theirs ,we Nigerians can no longer allow this to continue in this country therefore if we continue to vote or sign I bet you your petition against our president will be a waste of time and paper ,therefore madam Carol go cook for your husband.

So this is where the wailers have shown their true self...protesting in Favour of corruption and terrorism under guise of protesting Buhari's continous incarceration of Kanu and Dasuki. I pity Nigerians. If I were Buhari I will play the Hitler. Burn down the National assembly at night. Since there will no longer be a national assembly to sit, then they can't impeach him. He can then rule like a true dictator by sending these political criminals, economic saboteurs and corrupt judges who are quick to dispense injustice against the poor, to concentration camps or give them the Chinese treatments. Evil men. Respect court order my ass. Same judiciary that exonerated Ibori only for the British judicial system to find him guilty of same crimes our money-bags judges discharged and acquitted him of. No wonder Mbaka warned that they planning to assassinate PMB. They are fighting back...all the corrupt elements. And we the youths must resist them. We must queue behind PMB to wrestle Nigeria and Nigerians from the hands of these satanic forces which pdp and some element of apc represent.

We have said this many times. The charges are many but the government is rolling them out in waves. As they are charging you, investigation is still going on and you can be re arrested.
It is an old trick of prosecution teams since judges started taking money shamelessly. No signatures can remove a sitting President that is fighting for the unity of Nigeria and against corruption . Buhari is lucky , his opponents are mediocre and amateurish traders turned social activists.very long way to go and many things to learn.

Good for nothing bunch of enemies of a decency. How much did they share from the loot. Even if u get 10millon signatures it will not shake the presidency. Join the house assembly team with it, u are no where and if you continue you must be fished out for trial.
