So why did jonathan not probe from 1999?

Bad as these corrupt cases that are been exposed are, I have my reservations. 1999 shouldn't have been a bad date to start probing from. Cos it all now looks like this is targeted at the last administration. If we know what OBJ and Year Adua did, GEJ may well be considered a saint. He needed to build a university and it is Tompolo who's going to provide the land instead of the state government.

Like IBB said, Jonathan's problem is not inefficiency but inexperience.
You made nice point but You should be complaining of the amount not who. State will still go to the community leaders and that will still increase the price by involving more people, moreover how are you sure the state govt is not involved here. How many decent/gentle people have you seen that are key players in community land sales. Omonile must be involved even Tinunbu will involve area boys if he needs a land in lagos.

I3 Billion Naira for Land?

Wait oh, did they pay to buy whole State from him?or has Bayelsa or Rivers State been sold without our knowledge?where did Tompolo get a Land worth 13 Billion?

13 Billion? Jesus.

Is there anybody, i mean anybody, in Goodluck Jonathan's Government that stole Millions? We Nigerians are ready to forgive those that stole Millions if we can find any.

I mean everybody associated with Goodluck Jonathan only steal Billions.

It is Official now,Goodluck Jonathan and his thieving crew, now makes IBB and Abacha look like people still in Primary School in the "ART" of stealing. Even God was so angry with the way these guys were "KILLING" Nigeria, that he made all PDP Members Vote in Buhari, so that Nigeria can be able to SEE ROAD again.

Shame to Goodluck Jonathan.

Shame to the PDP Party.

Shame to those Associated to either the PDP or the Jonathan's.

How much is a plot of land in banana island?
A typical plot of land on the island usually goes for between $4 million and $6 million, and the cheapest building on the island costs upward of $8 million. But because of the ridiculous prices of property on the island, about 60% of the completed buildings are currently unoccupied.

that is what a lot of folks don't understand, the Niger delta struggle can never be the same again after the likes of tompolo and co have been made billionaires couple with the amnesty regime, any unrest in the Niger delta will not be taken serious any longer but be seen as a war against the state. e.g. the useless protests in the se and blocking of the Niger bridge. A word is enough for the wise, Tompolo will submit himself to Efcc, he is only weighing his options, he was powerful in the last administration but not in this present one, he is just an ordinary citizen apart from some wailers who still see him as their hero.

As usual, government is using emotional and media strategies to win the hearts of the weak, the delusional, the poor, and the zombies.

It is not enough to shout N13Bn scam. Show us the condition of the land/property. How many buildings were bought alongside the land. Is the land an agricultural land or residential?

If Fashola could build a borehole for N60m and he was crowned a Minister, I see no reason why Tompolo cannot sell his land for N13Bn.

Even a common dry land in a bush in Ogun sometimes sell for N10m/plot.

We are tired of reading billions. N13Bn is just a CHANGE when compared with what Tinubu currently enjoys from Ikeja City Mall (Shoprite) in Ikeja.

How much did Tinubu gained after he sold Lagos property to Shoprite?

Emotional stunts cannot save BUHARI AND TINUBU.

leave your nemesis fashola and tinubu out of this, they will also explain themselves when Efcc invites them but please advise Tompolo to go for a friendly visit to the efcc biko

Buhari should start with oil bloc cartel dominated by hausafulanikanuri since. After the civil war.
To me these are the real thieves.
They all own estates in Austria, London, Switzerland, Dubai, Finland and most luxury world. Arrest them and let's gats the billion of Dollars stolen since four decades ago till date.

The Bayeros,,, Atiku....Maidaribes...theophilus Danjumas....the Bellos from Niger state, IBB, Abacha Men...Dantatas.... Kaduna Mafias...Akilus... the Gremas....and lots of multibillionaires of crude oil bloc owners from the North.
These are the REAL thieves. Reaping where they did not sow. Collecting crude oil bloc that is not in their lands while impoverished the owners with heavily polluted land and waters.
Buhari should probe Tinubu and Ameachi too!

Leave these militants alone. It's their patrimony as enshrined in human right of indigenous people practice all over the world.

Bring back total sense of belonging. Equality before the King!

a land tht tht is in a strategic location with a diving school structure on it tht followed due process to procure is what u ppl are screaming as if the govt.was swindled.,
Anyway, the efcc should go & arrest him in the creek if they can coz i could vividly remember the last time the jtf patrol tried it out in the creeks & i could remember top military personnels were lost..
Tompolo doesnt rant on the media like the efcc & moreover the money in question was money generated from the resources @ his backyard thtis normally send to federation account for all to share tht even states tht hasnt ni single oil in their dormain benefit from.
so they better let him be or face his wrath unless if they want to ground the economy to a halt ..

Then how do you feel when this same SANITY is being carried out with utmost partiality, if Tompolo refuse to turn himself in are you aware that he is justified because what is still amiss with Nigeria line of judgment is, "the bigger and most dangerous thieves (the IBSs, OBJs, Atikus, Tinubus, T.Y Danjumas, Dantatas, Adenugas, etc of this world) had milked us dry, unfortunately, they are the ones calling the shots in this government therefore the insignificant small fries like the 'character' here must be messed up..... What a banana republic Nigeria had been turned into in the name of fighting corruption undecided in saner climes, Amaechi, Fashola, Audu Ogbeh etc had no business being Ministers in a Country poised to fight corruption to a stand still.

Agreed that corruption has been our bane for decades now but it still doesn't excuse anyone who indulges in it , what is wrong is wrong even if everyone is doing it ( which isn't even possible ). Jonathan's case is on the tip of our tongues cos his is the most recent case and the last government before PMB , the level of corruption in his government was also the highest in recent times with a free for all "chopping" of the national cake ( all here signifies his own people and not the general populace ). It was like an all you can eat buffet , everybody consumed to their delight. Let's give kudos to whom deserves it and reprimand to those who have erred.
