Spying on ur partner: is it right? When a guy or a girl decide to spy and eventaully start spying on his or her partner either by checking their phone msgs and call logs, or by stalking/monitoring their movement, he/she will never have any peace of mind doing that...cos when you decide to dig, u wil certainly dig up dirt. In order to have ur peace of mind, one should just allow things to be rather than to spy on ur partner. Cos doing that is just like embarking on a sucide mission...

Well it is where the issue of TRUST comes in. People mistake trust to be a thing that will automatically ensure that their partners do not cheat or hurt them.

Two things many people do not know are:

1. The benefits of TRUSTING YOUR PARTNER is not for your partner. NO. IT IS FOR YOUR OWN PEACE OF MIND. So you do not go crazy worrying about what bad thing they could be up to through out the day.

2. The secondary part of TRUST is the fact that the person knows you believe in them to BEHAVE and so (HOPEFULLY) they will.

The first point is most important. Trust does not guarantee anything. That you trust someone does not mean the person will not cheat on you. Or that because a man or woman is trusted, TRUST will physically stop them from sex or cheating or betraying their partners in diverse ways. That is why it is said that you should be with only who you can TRUST on very many levels based on what you know about the person. So that you wont go paranoid. However our knowledge is and will continue to be limited as humans.

But the truth is no matter how much you TRUST/TRUSTED a person in the past it does not mean they will eternally appreciate your trust and not take it for granted.

It is definitely not healthy to go ''a spying''. In a situation where trust seems to be broken, it has to be reestablished and made stronger or the relationship will suffer.
