I thought some guys were lecturing us the other day about the fact that Olisa Metuh's bail terms were being over exaggerated on by nairalsnd contributors as he didn't have to drop the cash as specified by the judge. Now his lawyer is telling the court how difficult it is to meet the bail conditions. To allegedly give $2million cash to ARM wasn't difficult but to secure bail has become a tall order. But then I remember there is a serious scarcity of sureties as the commercial ones have been overstretched already.
