Like this area of Nkpor, people actually refer here as Onitsha but is not, Nkpor has her population same with Obosi, Odakpu, Ogidi, Nkwere, Nsugbe etc, they are not included in Onitsha population figure

nkpor has an estimate population of 109,377, ogidi has 70,000 and obosi has 140, 000. Even if you add this to the estimated population of Onitsha(511,000), it doesn't still equal the estimated population of only aba (1.3 million) without the subtowns. Aba is like 30/40% the population of abia. Onitsha has a metropolitan (that's plus subtowns) population of 1003, 000 while aba's population is 1,277, 300.

We aren't fighting but I wan t us to be apt in our assumptions, anambra may be more populated than abia but I don't think Onitsha is more populated than aba.

Even the UN population statistics in 1991 estimated aba to be 501k and Onitsha 350k.

Its wrong for us to disseminate wrong information that lack fact just to suit our ego. Our assumptions cannot be more factual than UN figures.

Thick buildings only doesn't make a good city, serenity has a major role to play in a city. That's why cities like Enugu, owerri, calabar will always be more reckoned with than places like onitsha and aba.

Aba is well planned city with minimal implementation, if you look at aba closely, you will notice that we have areas with serenity and those areas that also look like onitsha. A good city is not about four/five storey high rising alone. See the picture below for some relatively seen places in aba with greens.

I don't understand what you mean by better structures oh. Umueze and Okpu l'Umuobo have some of the best structures in Nigeria. You can only compare Nkpor with Umule or Ariaria town or Umuode in terms of structures and landmass.
