Forgiving someone doesn't necessarily mean you'll hand yourself over to them again.
E.g: I can forgive you for stealing my money, but that doesn't mean I'll keep my wallet carelessly around you again.

1= Always bear in mind that people must trample upon you.

2= make up your mind to forgive aheada tym.

3= Be frugal in everything you do.

4= Know that some people will just pick offence on things you do weather you are right or wrong...

5= Have an accomodating heart undecided

Follow these few steps and you'd find yourself always forgiving and forgetting
