Just read the article. What struck me was that their Air Conditioners are not properly functioning or not sufficient to service everyone in the room. That's strange... All the times I visited the Consulate, t'was really chilli (and I was shaky), or maybe it was just because I was nervous. That was last in 2013 though.

I had to read all your post.
The so called agent you used, did the person actually submit your passport.
I read the topic you created and I saw somewhere were justwise typed "That got nothing to do with the fraud he is about to commit, Anyway you will learn from the experience but after this your chances of getting visa to US in future has been reduced only if all the documents he submitted on your behalf are all fake including your name."
SO I'm thinking your refusal had something to do with your past dealing with an agent and fake documents.
Might be wrong thou.
I suggest you read what was written on the "creamy paper" so as not to waste your money if you've been banned.

Summary, at the middle of the interview i thought i have gotten the approval becos seems so confused even if he don't have any idea of my field or many answers i gave him, he gave one man a visa, only because the man said his mom is a US citizen since 2001..
I was praying to be interviewed by one man in window 7, he seems calm and understanding, he gives you all the time in the world to explain yourself, he takes up to 5 minute to discharge any applicant he interviewed, another thing i believe is, what will be will be... Again their was this family of 4, 2 beautiful kids that was rejected, i was surprised because they looked very rich, maybe he didn't get the questions very well because i saw him choking at one point before the lady brought out Blue paper. .. Well everything happens for a reason, it might be on my best interest, because my prayer this morning was, if is something that will be good for me let it come and if not, let it don't.. My position today came out from a huge disappointment , Now i have spent almost 280k without anything to show for aside from experience, by 280k i mean the money i was scammed by trusted friend, flight & hotel to ABJ and so on... i just thank God
..Hope some people will pick one or two things from my encounter.. You guys can check and tell me where i went wrong, What's the difference btw creamy colour paper and blue paper?
One shocking thing i notice is that this people makes more than one million dollar daily, both ABJ & LAG embassy, and the monetizing part plays a role in rejection

Please i need ur urgent answer, my friend is preparing a sponsored visit for me to US, on his letter he pledge to take responsibility of me and that he will be held accountable for any of my action in the state, the thing here is, he’s married to a white woman, so he’s automatically a citizen… well we’ve paid agent to arrange the necessary documents, we submitted here including international passport, he said his wife have submitted all required documents in U.S, including a surety from his wife friend, because they said his wife must bring a third party to attest that the woman knows what she’s doing… To cut long story short, he said everything is okay now(Between the whole process took almost 3 months) that he’ll be expecting flight itineraries sooner or later from wifey(Also he said after getting everything set, he’ll be traveling to pick me up, we won’t be going same time)… Also, that they called him to come and sign some relevant stuffs as a sponsor in Nigeria US Embassy to pick the documents as well on my absence as none appearance, note, he said his wife sent his number to one man (Yoruba Man )in Nigeria Embassy Abuja that called him up… So the Ultimate Question here is, is it possible for anyone to collect traveling document with stamped international passport from Nigeria US embassy without the actual person presence i brought this up here because i kept wondering the authenticity of this package since he insist i won’t follow him to Abuja Embassy… Please i need a serious contribution from experience person, is it possible?

I you have read back this thread maybe we few pages back you will know that a B1/B2 category no dey need invite letter, you either qualify or you don't qualify for the category of the visa, your sisters invite no matter or mean anything to them, infact if your sister migrated in a magomago manner e fit affect your application, please do yourself a favour and read this thread from the beginning you'll thank me later

@maybeline the vo on their thread say they don't need documents. However we v seen them ask for it during interviews and I always advice folks to be a boyscout.
However u will need to get that info. Yourself because u can do it yourself.check the ist page of this thread for the link of required documents

My brother came back to Nigeria from southafrica in December,2015.He is planning on applying for usa visit visa.He has a temporary south Africa life partner permit which will expire in 2019 and while discussing with him I told him it is better he applys for the usa visit visa from southafrica?pls members of the house can you put a word in this matter or advice if he should go ahead to apply from Nigeria or go back to southafrica and apply from there.tanks

If you or himself knows the answer then that's where he should apply from.
