Don't mind OP, he's behaving like a learner. I was dating a man then whose first daughter was almost my mate, I used to call him by his name, simply Abbey.

My dear women are wired to love freedom especially in relationship. So she calling you uncle or so which is not initiated by her through freedom and freewill will stop when you both has gotten into yourself so much.

My advice, call her one day and let her or both of you initiate a pet name you will be calling yourselves if you have not done so, this will make her free and give her sense of belonging.

Note: any day you misbehave she will call you by your name, this is her own way of saying you don do wetin she no expect big time. so at this point do the needful.
