Small minded man like the OP. You think it's by going out to eat like a glutton. I for one usually lack appetite when I'm out on a date and I would just go for a nice drink to keep my mouth busy. Sometimes I even take more than one drink or a chocolate and not eat anything at all. Doesn't mean shit...besides the guy in the picture and the environment looks clean and that's a point for him.
