I am currently doing my PGD there and by God's grace will start my masters next year. It is less stressful than the conventional university (imho) and you go at own pace.

Just beg dh to give you 2 more months so baby can hit one year and you'll use the time to be psychologically ready.

In marriage, we have to make a lot of sacrifices.

Try and sit down with him and have a heart to heart talk on this matter when he's in a good mood. He has made his own bargain of 10months, you can bargain 12months or more with very convincing reasons until you guys arrive at something good. Pls don't go and do Family planning secretly IMO. You cannot afford to take chances.
You can do your masters while preggy as far as he can foot the bills cos pregnancy, childcare and masters are already full time job for you, by the time you know it, you would have used one stone to kill two birds
And what if the job you get now is so tasking that you won't have time for the Msc afterall?

sorry about your ache. i had similar experience but mine was i actually had boil/rash inside my throat,to eat was a problem and i was not giving any medication because of my pregnancy. please endure it. if other experience mama hav suggestion ,i am sure they will give.

Do not defer ur admission again. And u can start trying to get preggy since lo is almost a yr. I tell u, u can do it. The only thing is u may not be able to add a job to that for now. But dear career is important, family is more important. You can achieve anything careerwise at any point in life but family (kids, bond with dh, and ur fqmily growth) is not same. This things need to be done at the right time.

My mum got her first job 17 yrs after nysc. But today sh3 has so many professional qualifications and also achieved alot careerwise. All these 17 yrs, we were her career. Today she has family and the career. Those thqt ditched family for career have it but to hold the family isnt as easy again as some has lost the battle.

Pls be very wise.
But u hqve to discuss with dh which way he is going to assist. Also its better than using pension to train kids in school.

No 1 and 2 applied to me. With dd, i was having serious ms, food cravings and had swollen face. But ds, i had it almost all smooth. Just that i enjoyed the attention attached to preggy so i took aadvantage of i5 to the fullest.

Sorry about the malaria dear. My doctor started me on an antimalaria course (daraprim once a week for 4weeks).
I think most people would probably start shopping when they know the sex of their baby...... At least that's what I am waiting for.

I have bought quite a lot of clothes, some other essentials as well, but decided to chill with the buying till after the baby shower. Whatever I don't get during the baby shower is what I will then buy.

so mamas i am back home, i was at Randle General hospital waited for long for dr but no show. Dh Bil called and ask me to go home and rest well that there is no cause for alarm. He said to wait and watch it till tomorrow before going back to consult. For now i haven't spotted except when i deep my hand into veejay to wash and still no cramps.
