You see there's is a sentence that says, when a lie is told over and over again, soon it'll be accepted as the truth. I repeat sex, whether TOO MUCH or TOO Little has notin to do with how fast one ages. It is sentence that most 9ja people have been saying without any research to show for it.
Sex is some form of exercise. If one had regular sex, one ought to seem younger. I'v mentioned "cortisol" the stress releasing hormone that is released during sexual intercourse.
My guy, Google is your friend. You can google from reputable websites "the reason people age faster than normal", and you wouldn't see anywhere sex is mentioned (either toomuch/too little).....it is just a yarns that has been circulated too much in 9ja. Too much sex could only make u feel tired and expose you to STDs, kapish #GOOGLE IS YOUR FRIEND.

Regarding your links. Your first website "simonarich" was written by a blogger who didn't present any findings from any research institute to backup her claims. This was why I said Google from REPUTABLE WEBSITES.
The second link from independent.co.uk was a better site but I believe you didn't read the content, you just saw the headline and posted it here as a proof.
Well that link says the RESEARCH was done on WORMS not HUMANS, and the link didn't say too much sex ages worms, it said. If the sexual organs are CUT-OFF, chances of a longer life is increased. However, there has BEEN NO EVIDENCE on HUMANS.......
I'll advise you read vast, and not be fast to recycle old age myth. We are in the Information age, you cannot afford to be making such false statement not when you even own a smartphone. Its Ridiculous!!!
