If it's icloud then
Sell ur phone to the guy I quoted above u

Icloud unlock is almost twice d price of ur iPhone 4s

q5 battery is non removable. Whoever helped you with the battery replacement didn't do a perfect job for you if it has been changed. Else you need to replace your battery

Get a new battery first, u don't have to buy it, just tell the seller u wanna c if it would stop restarting
