That is what happens when all the money in the SW is being used to develop the North while the provider suffers. This isn't surprising when you look at the pittanceallocation Oyo state is getting in Comparison to Kano and kaduna. No large state can survive and grow when more than 90% of their money is being distibuted. Oyo is simply being strained financially.

Does that statement above make sense to you? Try and make sense man. What does suffering has to do with the raised point? How many countries in the world apart from Zimbabwe, Cuba, SW Nigeria and few more has suffered a decrease in HDI? Common sense will dictate something changed after agreeing to the fraudulent unitary system.
