Cocoa House ( "the first skyscraper in Africa" ), Kingsway, Liberty Stadium, WNTV, Coca-Cola (to exploit the abundance of Kolanuts), University of Ibadan, Oluyole Industrial Estate, etc (And much later Leyland) That's why I advocate for true federalism.
