My brother forget that tin...They cannot afford to leave...If they leave how do they come back in?

They know that our economy is resilient and whatever is the issue at stake is just temporary....

Just look at Q1 results of Nestle...look at NB result, Look at the banks like Zenith and GT bank..

How do you ignore a country of about 170 Million people

OBAGADAFFI:

Chai investors are vexing no be small o.

A source at Forte Oil says that the drop in the company’s share price is not unconnected to massive sell-offs of bonus shares from some of the company’s retail investors. Last year, Forte Oil offered investors a bonus of 1 new share for every 5 ordinary shares they held. In total, Forte Oil declared roughly 216 million bonus shares for the 2014 business year. The bonus shares were only issued to investors a couple of weeks ago and they have been scrabbling to sell off their bonus shares on the market to cash in. This mass sell-off has precipitated the drop in the share price.
Otedola himself may even have unwittingly triggered the sell off,
trying to dump his own 170m bonus shares, at the price peak of 300+,
in order to buy more later at cheaper price to further tighten his grip on the company.
If so, then, contrary to the suggestion from this story, he is actually making more money and not losing it,

Okay. If you're right, can you quickly return the borrowed shares ANYTIME you see
the market going contrary to your expectation?
Or MUST you hold to a certain agreed period?

I am not yet aware that the Call and Put options are operative on the NSE, it is a kind of betting scheme on the exchange and should be encouraged, it drives the market and stock prices...it also breeds the dark side too

This is the correct picture. After Femi's bad outing with AP, he will not miss any opportunity to consolidate his grip on his company. He has the necessary volume to manipulate the price of his stock. FO is primed for a quick JIJO depend on how long you can ride with the shark.

The equity price of BERGER PAINTS PLC was adjusted today 4th of May, 2016 for a dividend of N0.75 as recommended by the board of directors. The last close price was N9.28, hence the ex-div price N8.53. Please be guided accordingly.

Don't buy into this. It's called an available excuse. Available does not make relevant.
