You will experience such as HR but you must be firm, bold in enforcing company policies otherwise they will rubbish your efforts. I am familiar with a sanctions policy that dwell on attendance and absenteeism. Staff already know coming late twice a week attracts some deductions and this is from the source. Once you have deduction in salaries you must ensure payslip is provided timely. Staff attendance book also must be updated and maintained. In places where biometrics is in place makes your job easier. In all, you must also be disciplined to be able to manage staff attendance.

thanks boss, i surely did as u said, we use biometrics in my office, of course i make sure that i come to work early enough in as much as i do come from a far place.

two of my new staffs are beginning to violate the company policy on attendance, one left for 2 days authorized leave and added a 9 days unauthorized leave claiming to be sick but was unable to present any medical report and the other left for exam for one month and 15 days unauthorized leave. i will only say that the people that work in our company are not enlightened in the sense that they tend to misbehave at will. i resumed and met them uncultured but most of them have been disciplined and they now behave like normal being. however this two tend to act otherwise. My people kindly suggest the best disciplinary measure for this two persons.

Well, I believe organizations have policies on disciplinary measures. If your place don't, you can create one if u are the manager and put it to the management.

Best disciplinary measure is to deduct the absent days from their monthly pay. Kindly inform the management b4 doing dis and make sure u send them a mail stating why their pay will be deducted.

Please friends, I need your kind help. Anyone who has successfully completed CIPM Intermediate II exams should kindly LEND me his/her STUDY PACK. I registered in March but my admission didn't go through because I omitted to upload my marriage certificate/Change of Name.
Now that I've finally completed the process, I am cash strapped and that's even an understatement.
Please help me so I can start studying pending when I'll be able to get my study packs in July. I work an 8-6 Mon-Saturday job so I have very little time left for study.
PLEASE HELP.

My study centre charge depends on the level you are applying for. Each level has a slight difference in price.

You need to apply for examination.

Under Operations, click exam application, choose the year and diet you are applying for and follow the steps as they appear.
