A serum hCG will be+ before the missed period. Take her to a lab n do a "blood" pregnancy test.

If its positive, please do not terminate. Its a short term relief dt may give a life long complication.

70% of pregnancies dt were detected at 4-5wks will spontaneously miscarry or be blighted.
