As kids, lot of thoughts runs through our head which we find out to be absurd while we are grown. These thoughts are influenced on how we view things as kids and we end up creating funny theories based on our perception.
While I was younger (3-6 years), I was always coming up with theories and updating them when necessary. They were known to me alone some of which are:
1. i had thought macaroni causes the production of phlegm and so, causes the mouth to stink;
2. i had the view that children below 5 would return to become babies if they are allowed into the hospital ward. this was as a result of me being disallowed to go past the reception because i was "small";
3. in relation to number 2, i thought babies were manufactured in the hospital and being in the hospital they can never grow. i later updated my theory that women gets pregnant only when married; others
4. i can fly at the sound of trumpet;
5. food eaten drops to toe till it gets to the head;
6. the top of a mobstick are dreadlocks.

When I was a kid..... ... I thought all that mattered is wake, eat and sleep. But now

That every one grows up, gets married, gets kids, grows old and then dies in that order. I never knew death occurs at any age. Thought only old people die.

As a kid and being the last child in the family, I had thought its only little kids like me that could be last born. The day my sister told me my dad was the lastborn of his family i did not believe it. And i never believed it till i grew up.

As a kid and being the last child in the family, I had thought its only little kids like me that could be last born. The day my sister told me my dad was the lastborn of his family i did not believe it. And i never believed it till i grew up.

I always felt surprised when my dad said he was hungry. Obviously he had a big stomach. What could make the stomach big if not food. I wondered all day....i argued till I was 13yrs old that women gave birth via Anus.....i thought travelling to the village will make me stronger because I will get the opportunity to eat akpu...I believed "when you get to abuja and you walked past three upstairs then you have just entered london" as told by my friend...."In America the floor is made of money, people seldom picked it because it was probably dirty" that thought was inspired by my neighbours kompressor Benz when he strolled in from US....aaahhhhh.........

ya.this happens with a lot of kids.i stumbled across my parents once,and it destroyed the perception totally.although it took sometime for me to accept that my parents are actually doing "BAD THING"..

still couldn't believe my parents will engage in the "undoable" even after i caught them, used to also say "father notice" instead of "further"

As a kid I thought tv series were real life actions.

Lol, I practically 'watched the moon' follow me to school every week day. At a point, I made it a point of duty to say goodbye, see you in the afternoon 'moon'.

That i hated marriage and would never marry. Intended to adopt kids. Now marriage is all i think about.
