To be realistic @Op I took a nap out of the comfort zone of my pleasure into your stormy sea of great adventure and to my greatest surprise what you narrated up there was equivalent to what happens to me here in the North late last year Just that the FRSC here are some how compassionate that I was only ask to pay 2k for not putting on an helmet for my Dead lady machine just because I was not having plate No on it .Cant imagine buying plate No of 8k to a lady machine Not more than 8-9k if am to sell it.that Day was a remarkable day for me too.9ja na poor man dey suffer pass oooooo I know know waiting we masses do those Uniform mofos Chai.Initially when I saw this FRSC mounting road block in there checking point I do feel I have nothing to fear aftarall am a student and come to think of it,what'll they do with a lady machine dat is just serving it's last days already.But ever since they double crossed me and fine me I knew the value of what I have and as such when ever I see them mounting road block where I intended passing i'll just change direction.

I took off, mehn! Na home things, the joy wey fill my heart no be for here oo, I was whistling a melodious song ontop of the bike "you've got to show a little kindness, shine ur light for everyone to see" that was the song I was whistling, I dont know the real artist of the song, but I love the song so much, its an inspirational song, The bike carried me ungrudgingly like a faithful servant, until I sighted those FRSCN guys, no be person tell me make I increase the speed to the highest level, baaaaaaaaaaa!boooooooooooooo! Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!, no be person tell them make dem comot for road immediately I reached their side, one of the female collegue was saying something inaudible to me, wetin concern me, na so I give that one five, UR FADA!! the end.

Road safety officers worse but SARS is worst. I used to come across them almost everyday(both FRSC and SARS), I learnt with time that what they like is for you to just agree and not argue with them then beg them. If you've any little change like 100 or 200bucks dash them but even without that they still let me go away cos I haven't given out 50kobo to any of them before..perhaps I'm lucky.

@op, all i can say is ur a very good man, kind hearted and its comforting to see such people like u still exist amidst d bedlam we rise up to each day and around us. Ur reward, surely, is loading.....
