And she didn't sweat for what she has ? And when does having someone's name on corruption charges makes him/her guilty ? Your are both the prosecutor and the judge and who told you she doesn't have honor ? If she doesn't have honor would she have being recognize even at international level ?

You better stick to the mod work seun gave you.

The market women in Bodija market(Ibadan) sweat for those things they wear. They dont have corruption charges on their backs, they were not oil ministers when oil sold for the highest and money started growing wings.

Do not insult Ibadan women, they might sound/look razz but they have honor and pride in not having their names smeared in thievery.

Madam, they wear gold yes, but they also have honor.

bro if 80 % of those women were in her position, you would still accuse them of corruption and thievery as long as someone or anyone labelled a case against them, am not taking sides just saying..

Deziani's children must be somewhere enjoying either the corrupt or sweet sweat money, while bunch of MB beggars are here insulting themselves.

From the way things are been done in Nigeria I can't swear for any single served or serving soul in Nigeria on corrupt allegations, and I don't think anyone here can risk his or her life to swear that the accused person is without any atom of corruption from all the positions she has held.

If you parade a quarter of her credential, you will not be where you are.

Credentials my foot. That's what's killing us in this country, unnecessary attachment to credentials. So what about the credentials when all her Howard training et al is on how to embezzle public funds.

So much shame on the so called elites with their bogus foreign degrees that continue to impoverish the society.

If you want to know how helpless/clueless most Nigerians are, just take a look at all the naive comments on this thread.

Even if she was CEO Shell worldwide for 5 years, she can't afford an $18m house cash, (not even mentioning 'houses' o) 'purely' on Shell's salary and earnings. And that is even assuming she does not spend a dime from her total earnings.

Tell her to file her tax papers now. smiley

She was already a millionaire in US$ before her ministerial appointment. If you had 1% of her CV you would have a better job than banning people on NL.

I have already posted what they all earn in 3 different posts on this thread, with links to validate my points -- not just some rabid street opinions like you're regurgitating. Learn to learn.

And, if Kachikwu earns $1m in a year, how does that justify Kachikwu being able to purchase/build an $18m house cash in one year from salary?

About Tinubu, yes he should file his tax papers, I agree.

[size=13pt]Mynd44, as a moderator, you shouldn't have said this. Takes away from perceptions anyone who reads your comment might have had about the fairness of your activities as a moderator.

I have nothing against you, but I think for personal opinions, you should use another account, to preserve the image of nairaland moderators.

I say it would have been better for you not to reveal your political leanings using your account, but again, maybe it was good because at least now it gives us an insight into your mind.

Well, that's just me trying to make lemonade out of lemons.

The bottom line is making the comment you made here was bad judgement. And I think it will be fantastic to get another account through which you can neutrally spill your heart, thoughts or opinions as another nairalander without bringing the tag "nairaland moderator" into the mix

is this woman the only thief in Nigeria? this is pure victimization and persecution. some of them in government today stole more than her. moreover she has worked many years in oil companies and made her money. why do we think now that every mony she owns is stolen from the treasury?

............. You know is actually appalling how you guys think.... Seriously, so you are very sure that with her list of qualifications and achievements she cannot buy jewelries... But mischievously you allude hardworking to market women in Ibadan. You guys are really incorrigible... Did you in your chronic bias assessment read the part where she mentioned that no court has convicted her on any crime?.... Do you even know how much a security man earns in shell not to talk about a director?.... If handwork and dignity on labour did not get her the array of degrees and positions I wonder what did. You guys are really impossible!

PLZ FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT ARE ON THE DEFENSIVE : IF U CLAIM SHE SHOULD HAVE THAT MUCH ANSWER THE FOLLOWING:
HOW MUCH DOES A MINISTER LEGITIMATELY EARN PER ANNUM ?
HOW MUCH DO EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS OF SHELL EARN PER ANNUM ?
WHAT ARE THE ALLEGED INVESTMENTS ? (she has not mentioned any)
WHAT IS THE WORTH OF THE HUSBAND BEFORE SHE STARTED SERVING IN PUBLIC OFFICES ? (Plz while calculating do not include embezzled money)
UNTIL YOU ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS AND DO THE MATH SHUT UP AND STOP SPECULATING DANGEROUSLY...
IT IS ONLY IN NIGERIA AND OTHER AFRICAN COUNTRIES THAT PUBLIC SERVANTS GET THIS FILTHY RICH IN SERVICE...haba!

Now I can see why you represent and PERSONIFY everything INJUSTICE on Nairaland. So an excutive director of Shell Petroleum and President of OPEC cannot afford jewellies of $2million and a house worth a $18million (that's assuming those were the real value of those stuffs)?

Do you even know anything about this woman's background or that of the man to whom she's married?

Has sychophancy blinded your eyes so much to the point that you now disregard the necessity of rule of law? Where is the proof of your education and rationality?

You and the rest of us keep wondering why this project called Nigeria has failed to work properly after 50 years of experiments, the culprit is INJUSTICE. No nation thrives on INJUSTICE. Nigeria can never be an exception.

In case the meaning of injustice has suddenly changed in your dictionary in this era of change, here's a good illustration of what injustice is and what it can breed.

https://www.nairaland.com/3164147/nda-touching-story-niger-deltan

The same scenario.in the above link is playing out again under the same actor.

And obviously kids (yourself inclusive) are cheering it on again, forgetting that evil can travel from one generation to countless more generations of those who sow it in the lives of others.

If you like go ahead and place the ban since that's your stock in trade.
Why did your heroine not protest over the $115 million scandal where numerous election officials and bankers have named her as the distributor of the funds, and have been returning money she disbursed to them through her son? Money meant to bribe them to rig elections in Jonathan's favour? Why has she been SILENT on that? Or perhaps her Shell salary paid the $115 million too?
