erico2k2: 1) I was asking the other guy. 2) Your 6" are SOLID and not hollow. 3) You supervised the manufacturing and weren't just plucked off of some shyte road side vendor. 4) You and your Architect friend designed the house for 6" SOLID blocks. 5) You didn't just decide to use 6" hollow blocks to save a few bucks and steal the money and hope no one will notice as you quickly cover the foundation. Here's the thesis that Aventures, a builder with an unblemished record on here and one considered to be top of the game in his field, said on this: Aventures:

3strikes: "Eni ti oba gbe adiye otosi, ogbe ti alaroka" Unfortunately, internet strategy is part of what I do for a living. He simply earned himself a free corporate account with one slip up with the wrong person. I can either create a positive web presence for you or a negative one I'm going to teach him a lesson. There are more domain names (they cost me 1 cent for the year) I cannot publish those on here as it'll earn me a ban, but they can be found easily on the web as soon as Google picks them up. #IAwaitMyApology PS: Domain name is still under processing and not live yet. 5 Likes

Some traction is made. So far this week all we have is a gate/fence reenforcement job for our resident fraudster, not alleged but proven in his own words on YouTube. Other honest builders are breaking ground on new projects and successfully completing existing ones. #SeeYourLifeOutside 8 Likes

EgunMogaji:eghosajohnny is a star where the fraudster is, At least we know eghosajohnny is a bungalow specialist and does not insult his clients the way the fraudster does. Eghosajohnny >brabus Lastly please remove eghosajohnny n the shyster fraudster from that list, its an insult to our reputable Builders. If its not panadol e no fit be panadol. 5 Likes |

Remember folks, it's not about a flashy website or images lifted from the web. It's actually about substance. Who would think that this flashy website linked here https://nexthomedesigns.com is the same outfit that: * Procures fake approval plans - FACT * Buries charms on customers site - ALLEGED * Omit structural element like pillars on houses - FACT * Built a house that is sinking - FACT * Built a house using 6" for foundation - FACT * Steals materials from job site - ALLEGED 4 Likes |

I think a new section or a sub section should be created strictly for civil/structural engineers, architect, surveyors nd certified builders. The section should be called building nd construction. It will enable prospective client to know the various builders here on nairaland n be able to access their past work. Thanks 7 Likes |
