Technically date of biometric because it's part of application process and your application can not be processed without that.

FrontPageLawyer:

1) Mention all family members especially your sister in the UK. It is part of the integrity test designed to assess applicants tendency to be honest, trustworthy, and dependable. Lack of integrity could cause you the visa which is also an immigration offence that could lead to a 10 years ban.

2) Cost to you personally of your trip? N/A. Your company is paying.

3) The total money available for this trip? You have to be realistic with your budget, $8,000.00 in my opinion is rather too much except it includes cost of training which I previously advised be paid before submission to guarantee your reservation for the training. To know the total money available for your trip (Add Hotel+Feeding+Local Transportation+Air plane ticket = ££££)

4) Except you wish to spend your own personally money which is not a crime, you can mention it, otherwise the answer remains N/A since your company is paying for the trip.

5). If you have the last dividend letter, attach it together with all previous once and input the amount in the last dividend letter accordingly; meanwhile you have a chance to explain all you have type here concisely to the ECO about your investment, dividend e.t.c.

In my opinion, you're qualified for the visa with all you have mentioned here. You have many of the documents that qualifies for ties. Having said that, there is no guarantee about visas, but the better prepared you are, the better your chance will be to have a visa.

Lastly, please ensure you submit your own personal bank statement (salary account) whether your company is paying or not.

@FrontPageLawyer. Thanks a lot. You are Blessed

Using your sister's money or bank statement will harm your application as you need to be able to afford your own holiday trip.

If you are not earning enough to be able to take the holiday then i will sincerely advice you to invest the visa application money into your business and grow it.

If your hubby is British living in the UK then its spouse visa or visiting visa and not EEA permit

No. It's bank statements from the last six months and shouldn't be older than one week before submission of application.
