Sorry this isn't related to your enquiry. I just want an honest opinion of konga from you and others who have the experience doing business with them. I intend joining the K express franchise that is newly launched as a partner in one of their listed available locations. Are they a reliable firm? And these payment issues and delays, what's up with all that?

It's about being a franchise partner with konga via there k-express delivery system. So owing a sorting center and then delivering orders in your location.

oh ok. uhm i am a konga.com marketplace seller and would not know much about how their kexpress service works in terms of payments. but what i can say is that kxpress is a courier service just like dhl, ups, fedex & co. i have this belief that kexpress is actually owned by konga.com but i don't know how true it is.
that being said, i doubt if anyone here would know much about kexpress and its procedures. but you should try and create a post about it, who knows, there might just be someone who knows something about it, just the same way my creating a post here was able to help me meet wonderful people who gave me beautiful ideas that helped my case positively.
oh and also, konga.com and its staffs also troll NL(just so you know).

Konga owns K-Express (Konga Express Delivery) I believe because of the diverfisication and the recent moves to give merchants/sellers more control on the mall they are inviting people to come help resolve their logistics issues.

Logistics/Shipping/Delivery is a major part of building a great customers experience online. One of the major reason people don't buy online is because of delayed delivery.

In between, how far with your goods? have they credit or return your goods?

You are welcome sir.

You can source cheaper because suspending your store because of Naira losing value will probably hurt your business.

I also wanna suspend but new stock are already in enroute because business must grow.

Thanks

your case is different, your new stock is already enroute
i have no new stock coming in, its easier for me to go on a break
besides if i should order any new stocks as of now, at what rate do i sell it when it comes in?
Nigerians are not willing to spend frivolously as of now, especially as no one knows the outcome after election
for now, i rather keep my fingers crossed and watch things unfold
i will face my other business and leave the one of buying & selling for now

Already enroute ke? cheesy

Anyway, give or take we are speculating that Naira should stabilize against dollar.

Mind you dollar too is raising in value against other world currencies so waiting for Naira to increase is not a short term goal. It is a long term process sha.

Waiting to see the Naira exchage rate to dollar after the election. cool

What does it mean when an order is on arbitration and also I have processed one of my orders and delivered at the center for onward shipment by kxpress over two weeks and yet its still say "order processing" on my store. I complained to the drop center agents they said they will help but up till now its already running into 3weeks and still unresolved, the goods was for Bauchi State. Somebody help me out on what I should do.

Hi Everyone,
This is to let you know that after 3 months+, konga.com has finally resolved the case of my misplaced item satisfactorily.
Thank you all for your contributions, it really helped in getting my case resolved soonest.
If only i had met you guys earlier, this issue with konga.com would not have gotten to this stage or taken so long.
Once again, thank you all, you were all wonderful.

Hello everyone,
Please I'm a new Seller on KONGA. I received an order alert last night and was told that it is entirely my responsibility to ship order and arrange payment with the buyer. I do not understand? does this mean I can't use KOS? I am unable to reach call center cos this is a weekend.
Please assist.
Thanks.

using KOS, yourself or any other courier are all ways of fulfilling that responsibility.
