debbydee: Sorry this isn't related to your enquiry. I just want an honest opinion of konga from you and others who have the experience doing business with them. I intend joining the K express franchise that is newly launched as a partner in one of their listed available locations. Are they a reliable firm? And these payment issues and delays, what's up with all that? |
Re: Konga and their delayed payment issues by henribj(m): 5:23pm On Mar 13, 2015 |
debbydee: following from a distance eh? its allowed |

Re: Konga and their delayed payment issues by henribj(m): 5:26pm On Mar 13, 2015 |
Toby77: whats your question really about? is it about selling on konga.com?? or is it about kexpress delivery service |
Re: Konga and their delayed payment issues by debbydee(f): 5:27pm On Mar 13, 2015 |
Toby77: so what i posted is it from some one else. From your tread your title depicts and what i posted is about konga or did i type something else. |
Re: Konga and their delayed payment issues by debbydee(f): 5:29pm On Mar 13, 2015 |
Konga has been trying as far as i can say. At least encouraging small and medium scale business. though they are not yet there but i believe with time they will get there. |
Re: Konga and their delayed payment issues by Nobody: 5:29pm On Mar 13, 2015 |
henribj: It's about being a franchise partner with konga via there k-express delivery system. So owing a sorting center and then delivering orders in your location. |
Re: Konga and their delayed payment issues by Nobody: 5:31pm On Mar 13, 2015 |
debbydee: OK thanks, looking forward to working with them |
Re: Konga and their delayed payment issues by henribj(m): 7:14pm On Mar 13, 2015 |
Toby77: oh ok. uhm i am a konga.com marketplace seller and would not know much about how their kexpress service works in terms of payments. but what i can say is that kxpress is a courier service just like dhl, ups, fedex & co. i have this belief that kexpress is actually owned by konga.com but i don't know how true it is. that being said, i doubt if anyone here would know much about kexpress and its procedures. but you should try and create a post about it, who knows, there might just be someone who knows something about it, just the same way my creating a post here was able to help me meet wonderful people who gave me beautiful ideas that helped my case positively. oh and also, konga.com and its staffs also troll NL(just so you know). |
Re: Konga and their delayed payment issues by henribj(m): 7:15pm On Mar 13, 2015 |
debbydee: thats true, as long as they don't allow the 9ja mentality get total control of them. |
Re: Konga and their delayed payment issues by iMerchant: 9:49pm On Mar 13, 2015 |
henribj: Konga owns K-Express (Konga Express Delivery) I believe because of the diverfisication and the recent moves to give merchants/sellers more control on the mall they are inviting people to come help resolve their logistics issues. Logistics/Shipping/Delivery is a major part of building a great customers experience online. One of the major reason people don't buy online is because of delayed delivery. In between, how far with your goods? have they credit or return your goods? |
Re: Konga and their delayed payment issues by henribj(m): 9:51pm On Mar 13, 2015 |
iMerchant: haba nah, you no see my earlier posts today? yeah they have resolved the issue, and we arrived at a satisfactory conclusion. |
Re: Konga and their delayed payment issues by iMerchant: 10:53pm On Mar 13, 2015 |
henribj: Congratulation and Happy Selling. |
Re: Konga and their delayed payment issues by henribj(m): 10:55pm On Mar 13, 2015 |
iMerchant: thank you also i really appreciate all your assistance and information shared with us as for selling, i will be putting my store on vacation/offline mode soon as i get the remaining few stocks sold will be back whenever USD & NAIRA settle them matter. |
Re: Konga and their delayed payment issues by iMerchant: 11:19pm On Mar 13, 2015 |
henribj: You are welcome sir. You can source cheaper because suspending your store because of Naira losing value will probably hurt your business. I also wanna suspend but new stock are already in enroute because business must grow. Thanks |
Re: Konga and their delayed payment issues by henribj(m): 11:24pm On Mar 13, 2015 |
iMerchant: your case is different, your new stock is already enroute i have no new stock coming in, its easier for me to go on a break besides if i should order any new stocks as of now, at what rate do i sell it when it comes in? Nigerians are not willing to spend frivolously as of now, especially as no one knows the outcome after election for now, i rather keep my fingers crossed and watch things unfold i will face my other business and leave the one of buying & selling for now |
Re: Konga and their delayed payment issues by iMerchant: 11:46pm On Mar 13, 2015 |
henribj: Already enroute ke? Anyway, give or take we are speculating that Naira should stabilize against dollar. Mind you dollar too is raising in value against other world currencies so waiting for Naira to increase is not a short term goal. It is a long term process sha. Waiting to see the Naira exchage rate to dollar after the election. |
Re: Konga and their delayed payment issues by henribj(m): 11:57pm On Mar 13, 2015 |
iMerchant: you mentioned your new stock are already enroute, check your previous comments. oh well, i guess what i meant is that i am waiting till after elections before i make new orders |

What does it mean when an order is on arbitration and also I have processed one of my orders and delivered at the center for onward shipment by kxpress over two weeks and yet its still say "order processing" on my store. I complained to the drop center agents they said they will help but up till now its already running into 3weeks and still unresolved, the goods was for Bauchi State. Somebody help me out on what I should do. |
Re: Konga and their delayed payment issues by henribj(m): 2:46pm On Mar 15, 2015 |
nyabingi: contact konga.com customer care services at; mall@konga.com or you can contact them via twitter visit their website to get all their contact information going to their kexpress delivery center to complain is a big waste of time, those ones no dey ever sabi anything |

Hello everyone, Please I'm a new Seller on KONGA. I received an order alert last night and was told that it is entirely my responsibility to ship order and arrange payment with the buyer. I do not understand? does this mean I can't use KOS? I am unable to reach call center cos this is a weekend. Please assist. Thanks.
