And they didnt know they weren't available before taken them to court? They didn't know they weren't able to serve them court summon before listing them among the defendants? Those questions should let you see that EFCC is full of bunch of incompetent people and shouldn't be taken serious. If they need court to tell them basic and obvious fact, then give up on them and their useless corruption fight.

Please, the court did not tell EFCC or their legal counsel anything. The Prosecution(EFCC) told the judge to strike out the names of Diezani and Aluko. The judge approved their request.

As if u dnt knw hw reports are written. Have u asked if because Deziani n d other is absent is enug reason to strike out their names from a criminal charge? I may not be a lawyer but I quite understand it means the charges have bn dropped against dem unless u hv another interpretation to it.
