what kind of advice do you want? it all depends on your budget/pocket in as much as it is all worth it at the end.
Even though my school's application fee was 35$, i did a WES evaluation of about 280$ (including postage), sent my IELTS results to them for 12,000 naira courier service..etc.
The best you can do is to sit down and weigh your options/expenses.. for example, if you would prefer a school that doesn't require result evaluation but has a higher application fee or a school that requires result evaluation and has a lower application fee.

9months equates to 1 session of your graduate program, just as in 9ja UNi's dt use 10-11months to complete a session.
U should fill 21months as stated on the i20 on ur ds160, but u can actually finish ur studies b4 d stipulated 21months shaaa

The pocket is not that gallant because I plan to apply to like 5 schools , I have shortlisted those that doesn't require Toefl, those that doesn't need credential evaluation, and some even accept unofficial transcript until given admission

Okay sir, I would do just that but I'm applying for fall 2017. You know this whole spring and fall thingy is department specific it's not fixed, so your search might be rigorous, even for my own course I have barely seen any spring enrollment channel.

Please for those who have gotten admission or know those who have enrolled in these schools or cities just a word would be okay about funding, admissions and co. Thanks.

THE highest rate right now is about 345 naira/ $1 as at 3 days ago. which state are you ? Try LA Nacional. They have local vendor that send it asap and the recipient gets an alert in about 2 hours.
