I am really sad about all these things i am reading about Brabus. If its one complainant then its a mistake but when you have 5, 10, 20 etc all complaining about the same thing then something is wrong somewhere.

Madam, he killed his own career by continuously letting down ALL of his clients.

All of these issues were already documented on here, I merely collated them.

That's my comeuppance for his insolence towards me.

this was 01/28/2015. i was having trouble with the land, went to a random contractor and he gave me a quote to do foundation for two wings of three bedroom flat. after consulting with different people about the price, then brabus came to the rescue. we chatted about it and he seem knowledgeable, asked me about the are, the land and everything else. at that time i was in Europe so i couldnt meet him one and one. but we talked through email back and forth and he gave me a plan with all the fancy 3d stuff.at the last minute i noticed that his place has catapulted by 1.2 million naira.brabus can not give a simple breakdown at all just seems like the guy that knows more about the fancy element of building but not the technical aspect of it.His conversations with me just didnt seem like someone trying to under his/her client situation but that of a person that just wants you to give them money asap.reading about all these nonsense about himis not surprising at all and its a shame that the mods or the owners of nairaland let him cheat people.

I hope I'm wrong, but I'm afraid unsuspecting nairalanders could still fall victim to his antics.

I started to see the handwriting on the wall almost 5 years ago. He captured my attention when he messed up a guy's (ahonhai) renovation work. I was totally unimpressed by accusations over quality of work and his (mis)handling of finances while often throwing insults. Before long, he was in Port Harcourt to put another guy in a mess. The type of questions he often asked the experts here made it quite obvious he was an armature. He was often eager to offer advice on others' projects and was quick to criticise other builders, pretending to be a pro offering professional advice. Combined with a horrible attitude and always shifting blame to his clients, I developed a lot of suspicion for him.

I applaud EgunMogaji for starting this thread. I hope it will prevent some innocent nairalanders from falling victim.

Lawyer, I am glad your attention has been called to this.
What will NL do to reduce or eliminate people like Bosun Shoyoye Brabus ?
What will happen to confidential client information he has posted on a public forum like this ?

Good to see you here. As the moderator of this section , what are you going to do to ensure he doesn't scam another innocent person?

He is obviously not a builder but just a packager. Please, stop him for the sake of innocent Nairalanders who may still fall for his sweet talk and internet picture displays.

He has a lot of user ids.( that's even a crime on its own or why will one person have multiple ids if not for fraudulent reasons)
If you want to ban him, ask here and people will mention them for you.

I'm sure all he deserve is a life ban.

Thanks

The N3xt few ones are hot of the press. Freshly minted on July 11th, 2016

olawale100:
This is really sad that an individual like Brabus can be behaving like this and keeps getting away with it.

Before any professional (Draughtsman, architect..) agree to do a drawing, the first thing he/she should demand is the
survey plan. This will show the piece of land dimensions. It is that simple and if the client refused to supply the survey, you have two choices; either to decline the engagement or to have a waiver signed that will relieve you of any liability.

It is obvious Brabus did not advise the client and now resorted to blame the client.

This is not an acceptable behaviour by any standard
and I am sure if Nigeria were to be a civilized society, Brabus will be cooling off behind bars now.

Caveat emptor ...Buyers beware...na Niaja be dat o

yincalley:
It is quiet unfortunate that people still deal with Bosun (Brabus). He is a confirmed fraudster and chronic criminal.

I transferred agreed sum of 100K to him for Architectural and Structural drawing in 2014. He acknowledged this payment. He did unprofessional, unsigned and unsealed drawing which was rejected immediately.

I complained about this matter on nairaland when he was not picking my calls again. He called me immediately to beg me that we should settle it offline. He begged me not to post on Nairaland again and promised to refund the 100K.

Ctrl click the link to see the trend of our conversion on nairaland (Re: Nexthome Official Complaint Thread). He pretended as if he is real claiming he will pay me the 100K that week. He have being buying time claiming he will pay when he have money.

He suddenly send sms to me offering to pay 60K as final payments in two instalments. I told him to pay the 60K at once. This is over 5months.

Now, he is saying he doesn’t have money and cant even advise when exactly he can pay.

It is quiet unfortunate that such person like Bosun (Brabus) claims to be a profession and keep duping people.

This is sad.

Everyone dealing with Bosun (Brabus) are taking greater risk.

He is a fraudster and criminal. My experience with him is sad.

He can comment on this if I lied against him or if he disagree that he is not a fraudster and criminal.

Let's get this right before we deceive ourselves Brabus did this on purpose. Brabus is (or claims to be a computer graduate/expert) so he knows alot of tools available out there to hide the clients details but chose to ignore this. This shows a total lack of respect for his clients privacy.
Mind you why are we surprised? He did exactly the same thing to us when he pasted all our architectural/structural drawings online names on it.

Brabus I know you are reading this so do the needful and get this info deleted asap. This is just another blot on your already damaged reputation (if you still have one)

The deceit and lies that is propagated by thsi #ShysterBuilder still continues.

Brabus made this post on April 6th, 2016, where he disavows BrabusINTL. It is in fact proven now that he does own that userid too and was merely trying to confuse his debtors.

brabus:

Warning

IMPOSTOR or FRAUDULENT USERID

It has come to our attention recently that an individual/s have been holding themselves out to be representatives of Brabus, NextHome and Bosun Davies. These individual/s have monikers that uses something similar to Brabus Nairaland ID, without our consent. Please note that the UserID BrabusINTL do not have any connection whatsoever with NextHome, Webmaster or its staffs.

Further, please note that NextHome Design+Build has no other website or office apart from our website at www.nexthomedesigns.com or www.nexthomebuilders.com and our sole business premises at Suite H52, Ikota Shopping Complex, off Lekki/Epe Expressway, Lagos. And our official Nairaland IDs remains Brabus, BrabusNG, n3xt and NextHome.

If you have been contacted or have received unsolicited emails, requests or comments of this nature purportedly from anyone parading himself as a representative of Brabus or NextHome Design+Build, please forward it to support@nexthomebuilders.com so we have a copy on file. We would strongly advise that you do not respond or send any personal details in response to such messages.

Thank you.

Brabus (for NextHome )

Of course, astute members immediately saw through his deceitful attempt.

OnetimeOnly:

Good luck trying to convince this forum that the imposter is not Brabus ....you were into the imposter less than 10 minutes after he registered and made first comment on NL...lol...tell a new story

And here's the proof.

brabusINTL:
Welcome back home.

We have a way of doing things here but it's not all bad.

As part of my builds we always work with the community and my client's neighbors to ensure we have a smooth build. These things have happened a few times and we have been able to work with the neighbors in such cases. Not all are bad but majority are.

I will show some of the fences that we did with corporation with the neighbors.
