All tnz being equal, u shud b gettin 30-32,crates. now u getting 35%. do not panic bro.
wen did u get d birds?
wat or hw many wks r they now?
whc feed do u use?
r they vaccination and drug schedules maintained?
They cud b molting. dz takes a while... to sm, months and it's alwz stressful to rejuvenate.
It's hrt breaking wen u don't cover up for d' feed, drugs and vaccine money.
Juz. place them on 1wk Amin'total( vitamin) or OSC boost ( it's a strong antibiotics and vitamins) in case if thr'z any clinical pending disease yet to manifest.
finally, cold season affects production. make sure u gv dem light for 14hrs. Start 5am artificial light till natural day light takes place. then, light up evening till 10pm then off.
Do dz and see turning point.

Good morning house. Please I need your help oooo. I have 200 pullets and 150 broiler chicks they are 7 days old today. I gave them 1tbs of doxy-gen and 1 tbs of vitalyte in 1 litre of water (instead of 4 litres of water) for 5 days. On the 5th day, I dropped lasota mixed with injection water in their eyes. I have been giving them vitalyte for 2 days now and have lost 7 of them already. Please what should I do to save the others as some of the pullets are weak and sleepy? NOTE: I have both the pullet and broiler together in one room.

I Only Know Of Two Ways In Administering Lasota Depending On The Type Which Is Orally And Intra-muscular(injection). Using Lasota Occularly(eye Drops) Is Strange To Me.Inform Whomever Gave You The Vaccine Guide You Are Using Or Get A Poultry Vet Specialist.

Lasota can be adminstered by spraying also. Gumboro is also adminstered through eye drops also.

They'll alwz gv u any drugs on trial and error methods juz to sell market. Even sm vets r more confused. livestock biz it's all abt experience.
If u haven't experience it yasef, then go online and listen to ppl hv experienced such and see thr own method of treatment.
I juz gave u mine.

Hope You Still Provide Them Heat Especially At Night And Early Morning because It's Quite Cold Now. Next Time Before You Vaccinate Stop All Antibiotics Treatment 2days B4 And Give Them Multivitamin 2days B4 And 2days After. Always Adhere To The Prescribed Dosage.What Symptoms Are They Showing At The Moment?

......@ Felshow... making light available for chicks from day old til d 7th day for atleast 22 hours/day to faciliate eating well ,even all night determines how strong ur birds thrive,secondly good feed introduced /effective antibiotics (Megadox&vitalyte),and lastly setting enabling temperature. With these ,if the birds are good breeds,there won't be drastic problems.

Doxy-gen is one of the best antibiotic in the market, Vitalyte too is not bad. You got it wrong by giving them Lasota in just five days(the day you ought to give them anti-cocci).
