No be where Fulani terrorists dey kill people up and down?

Any Westerner in Jos...... you're on your own.

Any Jos person in Ibadan too should also be careful i guess, as we all know that Yorubaland is the capital of rituals, ritualists and ritual killings in Nigeria.
Stop speaking like an underaged child. Every society has its ills and benefits.
Your Ibadan cannot compare Jos, it is dirty, very underdeveloped, dirty citizens with large tribal marks like victims of Lion attack. Brown rusted roofs e.t.c

Am a proud Jos girl and will remain one. Can Ibadan produce the kind of talents that J-town has produced in Nigeria?

Lovely town, wish I could visit the town now as an adult.

But it's a northern state any way, not so safe for people like us

Wait o, where in Nigeria is completely safe? The amount of people that have been murdered by cultism , thuggery, kidnappings and rituals in the south, if put together will outnumber the total population of everybody that has been killed in the middlebelt and north put together.

They have not sis-infact the resilient spirit is still there.I'm a native-believe me.Those idiot have been put where they belong.Except in places like Bukuru,Riyom LGA no recurrent crisis anywhere.
I pray so o! JOS would have been like Durban or Pretoria if not for all the terror and arnachy perpetrated by those fulanis who's DNA is to kill and destroy anything good. According to. Some retired senior citizens whom have one time or the other lived in Jos,they said the whites preferred Jos of all other cities to settle. I wish it goes back to what it used to be..

A proud Josbabe

I rep Jos and Plateau state.

The london city of Nigerua with the best weather and climate.
A city with so much food crop products of very affordable prices.
Very kind and hospitable citizens.
Very beautiful landscape and scenery, unmatched with no other in Nigeria. A city on a hill.

Just arrived Jos today for the first time. It seems like a cool place. But so far what caught my attention is the improved rickshaws in which doors were installed. The weather is OK too, not too cold.

Not too cold? Well, try to visit the place by November to March, especially December & January. The temperature gets as low as 6°c at these times and ice rain starts falling.

It rained today here in Jos and Hail were fallen too.
Development is fast going in Jos as the state now boast of 3 Fly-Overs (2 under construction), courtesy of the past administration Governor.
The name of its indegenous people would make you crack your ribs though as they are very funny. You would hear names like:
Jang
Gang
Pam
Chukwak
Kukasheka
Kangnang
Kanpyen
Wapdiyel
Kopsherrah
Azi
Shohotyon
Tyoden
Chip
Chundung
Chinpang
Chindung
Umbule
Dang
Izang
Nanzing
Ringing
Yundung
Zimpim
Zungmung
Funny tribal names of Plateau indigene but with wonderful interpretations.
I love JOS, I Love J-Town am gonna pinch my tent here.

LoL, our names r not funny to us though, my name is SANGJAT..... ..A friend of mine is GOSHIT.... LoL

This is the land of my birth.

I so love this city. I remember when it used to rain hailstones. We called it ice blocks. The sand has a special smell. I can differentiate it anywhere.

Cheap indeed, make una dey there dey give una self false hope. Jos is stylishly expensive and hype. You no howany corpers have redeployed because no where to serve, no accommodation and even the chicken change coming in has been stopped. The airport is in a comatose and even as I type I and my friends are still looking for PPA. ✌

this is the city i would've loved to settle in, but for the unpredictable patterns of violence. Though a friend that serves there recently said the place is cool and quite peaceful, most of the reported cases were mere media hyperboles
True that! Am presently serving in Jos and there is no violence here recently and its almost up to a year now for me here, i hope it stays this way. Nice city tho.
