I share your view Bro, considering the number of days it takes to secure a tier4 visa and other formalities involved in the award process. Goodluck to everyone.

That application status bar has been there for long, I dnt think the status would be changed to 'Selected' till the final nomination.
Thats my thought!
Though mine is also 'not selected', I hope everyones also is like that, so we can continue to await their comunication.

It is obvious that majrity have not been selected. But a few applicants have their applications "in progress".

Please, how long has the "not selected" status been displayed?

I don't have an IELTS and wasn't bothered since it wasn't specified. I heard of a guy's whose application is in progress but didn't upload the IELTS.

I believe they're more concerned about the write-ups than anything else. IELTS wasn't a criterion for selection.. No one has been selected yet and 'in progress' could very easily turn to 'Not selected'. I'm hoping they're going to send out emails tomorrow so we all know where we stand. It's been exactly 6 weeks since they closed applications. Just keep your fingers crossed.

Something tells me they've already made their selection. The Scholarship advert said "only shortlisted candidates will be contacted". There's hardly any time left so we can only assume their silence means we didn't make it. If anyone knows anything, please share.

I don't think they have contacted anyone. They stated shortlisted candidates will be contacted. Shortlisted candidates will be published in their site and they will be contacted. Remember they told us to be on the lookout on their website. PDTF first shortlisted and then about some weeks, they then contacted the shortlisted candidates. Let's be patient and wait for their publication. We can also check their Facebook page too

This radio silence is giving me anxiety. I keep receiving tuition fee reminders and it's quite frustrating. They've dragged this out way too long. I wish they'd just tell us what's happening.. Even if it's not in our favor. It's not cool being in the dark.
