Lol. Dont get me wrong bro. I'm legit. I chosed a CC to save money

It is not your moral obligation to care if a school is losing money or making money. They have their guidelines on how the school is funded outside of tuition. ..Also they do not share the profit with you and its is a non profit anyway

So focus on you and what strategy works best for you.....

Yes... On US scale it's 2.2/4
Helkayklassic:

Is it after evaluating your GP to a US standard on a scale of 4.0 that you got 2.2?

Yes... On US scale it's 2.2/4

I will not lie to you or sugar coat it...... ....its extremely difficult to get into grad school with this Gpa if this is the Us conversion. While there might be one or two schools out there. It would take a lot of research to find it ..that been said as a Nigerian i must add with prayers anything is possible as prayers have been proven to work so best advice you have to do that research to find that school and then pray pray pray that admissions will evaluate your application in its entirety

Sorry for your denial. The VO did not believe that you will return to Nigeria after your studies. You were simply un-lucky.

Just re-apply and most of all, pray for luck and refrain from sex at least 10 days before your interview.

A 3.8 would be Summa Cum Laude.....means you graduated with the Highest Praise which i guess you made a 1st class ?

Funding depends a lot on the area of study but most likely if u package yourself well and score high in your GRE to support this GPA then u dont even need low tuition school....what is that tongue .

...aim high for good schools that will give u admission and funding

Thanks. So does it make better sense to apply for B.sc nursing or a BA outside my Graduate application.

Well you have to follow what your dreams are and what you hope to be in the future .......... only u can make that decision

If u go for another BA or outside of your area. It can be difficult to convince a VO depending on your age that u are doing another BA but others have been successful as well .... so if u want anything u can chase it with all you have and pray and hope for the best

Warriboy advertised his school at the end of part 9 that one could gain admission with low GP. I don't know if this your GP could, but to be truthful the GP is low. Pray, search for schools that accept low GP online and ask more questions, with God all things are possible.

you know me and my mouth .....lol...... so i will first ask do you really need it or you think you might need it when in reality you wont......lol

Anyway back to the question, i have no idea because i have never seen it (but i have heard of it) not to talk of carried . I did a quick search and aadeyi said he carried a lots and no issues , while coobboy said his was seized they said they dont accept barks...That has left me to conclude that it depends on who you meet at POE . so its 50/50

if you feel you must carry as you need it , then carry....worse case they tell you to throw it away or seize it and if they dont then you have it .

Hello Everyone,

After reading for quite a while I figured I should start my application on my own instead of dropping money for agents. However I need help along the line and am happy to be in this room because of the valuable information going around.

1) I have a 3.13/4

2) Want to apply for Molecular Medicine or Biotechnology or any related courses. I would appreciate if anyone have any info on a school I can apply to.

3) I need help with going about references, cuz I only have one strong referee. Is it compulsory the referee should be a lecturer or work boss or something.

4) Doing my GRE on September.

5) TOEFL is 85.

Thanks alot.

If you can study alone with the text book then there is no need to attend tutorial.

is this the most difficult question in this trend?
please i need someone to throw more light to these questions

ok ans the one you know, please help
greatghana:
Who will answer me

his wife just got admissions with a university in the usa, he has already has a masters in unilag but the school advised her to go for another masters due to her low grade instead of phd she intended to do.
could this affect are chance?
my friend is currently not working while she works as a part time lecturer here in Ghana
could husband not working affect her chance?
they already have a baby boy less than one year old can she file for the whole family or she file alone?
the account she want to use domicile in Nigeria, bears her late farther name with about 40m which she and her mum is a signatory to the account the account belong to his late dad, they hardly send money or collect money from the account does money not flowing in the account affect her chance?
lastly since the letter and statement of account will be coming from Nigeria how would the usa immigration verify the document? she has a working permit here

thanks
