Meanwhile, God's blessing is above all. Starting with 20k job doesn't mean you will work there all your life. Personally, 20k job is small for a graduate but if that is what is available for you now, take it while looking elsewhere. Man must put body and soul together.

Hmmm!!! Most pple dat made comments here claimed dat they started small earning peanut before they start earning 6 figures within few period of time after garnering much experience.

I know it's possible but I have being working since 2005 where I earned 14k even before I graduated. Fast forward to 2014, With over 7 years experience and currently working in another company still earning peanut of 48K.

I graduated thinking with my early job experience plus current job experience I will be indispensable in the labour market but I later discovered my experience has little or no impact on my earnings or employability.

My question now is; do you I have to garner 25 years experience before I become top shot or earn much?

I am more confused than ever and I am beginning to take entrepreneurship as the way forward.
