Anyone can write anything on wikipedia... Researching Africa's history is hard because u have to compare it to the present and the some parts of the bible which has been twisted.

If there were whites in Africa, they have had a large population in Africa by now.... same way there are many blacks in south america.

My dear Nairalanders, in the name God do not refer to those foreigners as Hausas! Those trouble makers are from Niger republic, Mali, Chad etc. They are in Nigeria in hundred of thousands. They are attracted to Nigeria because they get easy jobs to do like Okada, gatemen, cobblers, load carriers etc

Because they have the features of Hausas, they parade themselves as Nigerians but their character is very different from that of an average Nigerian Hausa/Fulani person.

The aforementioned foreigners are rude, temperamental and very dangerous. They know they can easily get away with their nefarious activities because people mistake them for Nigerians.

The security agents and the Nigerian immigration need to check these foreigners.

The Nigerian Hausa/Fulanis are actually peace loving people.

And by the way, I am a Yoruba Christian.

History has been toyed with.. This is not a comeback... This is not an argument..

Whites back then were extreme racists so depending on the "white" version of history is bad...

Same way they created religion to cause division.. Since u believe "the racists" version of history there's no point replying you.

Guy, advise ur brethrens to stop this blasphemy of a thing as its dire consequences cannnot be over estimated cos the muslims that I know will not think twice about his action when reacting to such. So, in the interest of peace, let everyone keep to his religious preachings and stop interferring in other religions. But if they feel they must blaspheme, then things like these will keep happening. Good morning.

You won't hear MURIC say anything as regards issues like this. Islam is just a sick and tirering religion.
Everything about them is violence, even when you offend them the only language they know is violence and nothing more.
Always fighting for their Allah, atimes I feel their Allah is weak because if he is powerful why fight to the extent of killing for him when he can fight for himself.

I understand you but if you live over here you will understand the situation of things:every behaviour of those people point towards three things;a desire to dominate everyone, islamise nigeria and b belief that they can always have their way by instiling terror in people.you dont fear them as you suggested, that will only make you an easy target, you show them whats up and let them know they are nothin but dust like other humans.the bottomline is:nigeria is a crazy "luggardian" experiment and there are two options for peace;southerners becoming subservient or northerners changing their ideology.none can happen

Do you know that a simple talk can be termed as blasphemy? You would do well to ask those radical and vengeful Moslems not to be touchy and blood thirsty in the first place. What you consider to be blasphemy may not be Co sidered to be such by godfearing humans. That they hide under the cloak of blasphemy to carry out planned vindictive attacks doesn't mean the accusations ate true..ask them what the blasphemy is now you will hear very flimsy excuse.

The Muslims are people that guilty of blaspheming words they cannot speak in schools and any place of their gathering without insulting Christianity or Jesus and yet they are crazy when just a word is spoken about them. I believe the fault is with their leaders. Please stop this bloodshed because your people or even your only child can be a victim of violent.

I know a few Nigerien guys in my area and I must say, they are really meek people. They do menial tasks around the area and are always quick to help even when they don't know you or you don't ask them.

These people will stay and listen to you if you are preaching the gospel to them and even listen as you pray with them .

It's quite difficult for me to accept all these blames you are heaping on them. You sit from your house and decide that these guys are from Niger. Let me ask, were you in the vicinity where the crimes were committed to ask and confirm that they were indeed Nigeriens?

The police on the other hand and the news agency carrying the story did not come about their conclusions without a little investigation. So who do you expect me to believe? You who doesn't have the facts of the story or the people who are covering the story?

Fulani and hausas on the other hand, have well documented history of violence in this country. They did not just start today. I understand that their problem has to do with gross illetracy and poverty. It's better to be honest with ourselves and address the real issues instead of always looking for the nearest person to blame.

Lynching people for whatever cause should be criminalised in this country. It's akin to taking laws into your hands and should be discouraged with severe penalties. Humans are such that it takes extreme measures to change long rooted behavior. The fact that people could be killed for flimsy excuses and gotten away with has kind of reinforced that attitude. Punitive measures by government agencies so saddled with such responsibility or reprisals of equal or greater measure are two possibilities but if you ask me, I think the former is better and should be the right approach in a civilised society.

bro, in america there is something called PROFILING and this is how they catch most criminals cuz they know the traits of certain ethnic or tribal groups and if a certain crime happens they know which ethnic group is most likely to commit that kind of crime. GENERALIZATION is borne out of the fact that the tendencies within a tribal group is all the same, yorubas are usually very jolly and like to party, hausas are a very serious religious people. these are all generalizations but they are true
They are not in any way true bro.

Now let me teach you something: generalizations are wrong and often offensive when speaking. Always say - some Igbos or many yorubas or most hausas, and never igbos, yorunas and hausas.

Being more specific and lucid in thought and speech is a sign of EI you know...
