So his team scooped up the speech on Google.. Like my professor used to say- " if u can find it on the Internet, so can I" finally there is a software called turnitin used in finding plagiarism. I don't see any reason to masturbate over this. The presidency admitted it already and is looking into it. My argument was that proof reading alone is not enough to detect plagiarism.... The president doesn't prepare speeches for himself. Some staffs could have ignorantly inserted it...
