It is safe to conclude that the OP isn't on a mission of attention craving. She is sharing a large piece of her life. While it is not a crime to do so, the sheer generalisation and malevolent approach to her relationship woes put her on the spotlight for all the wrong reasons. Let's begin with her handle "foolinlove". This should serve as a little tease into the soul of the OP. She probably has had more than her fair share of relationships gone askew. But does she have a hand in her misfortune or did nature just find joy in dishing out all the ills of life to her? Her past posts would share more light to the truth! From "What Is The Worst Dirty Talk You've Heard?" "Goodbye: A Letter To My Ex" And "For All The Men Worried About Exposed Cleavage" I behold a woman/lady who goes to the market with cheap funds hoping to buy enviable and expensive merchandise. "A letter To My Ex" depicts a woman who has rocked her life in debauchery and waywardness hoping to pitch her tent on a mugu after several hands have muddied her fountain of youthful freshness. Nonsense! Nigerian men know the difference between a good fvck and a good wife material. "For All The Men Worried About Exposed Cleavage" introduces a disoriented feminist who has failed to come to grasp with the real difference between a man and a woman. She doesn't mind flashing half of her boobs for attention and fashion and parading her sexuality like a motor show event. So men treat you like a piece of commodity and test-drive you for the fun of it. Afterall, test-driving a car is free with no strings. While you vent your anger on the men who treated you the way they perceived you, it is self respecting for you to draw a healthy line of sincerity and tell yourself the truth, that you attracted your kind. The virtuous woman have decent Nigerian when seeking to share their eternity with her. 2 Likes |

Laveda:Intelligence is something I find compelling in a girl and when she adds beauty to that then she has given Leslie a sucker punch. That's what you have done to me, Lavvy. I think I need the complete package if every single thing that makes you you. Is that too much of an asking? |

lezznjr:You know? You just have a way with words, words that can make a woman go head over heels for you and I do like it tho sometimes I find it amusing lol. You can't have just everything you need, you know that right? Make a choice and I'll see to it. |

Laveda:All of you or nothing. I have been in the worst kind of prison ever imaginable when I spied you from a distance for so long and never could break my thoughts out to you. Corresponding with you sets my soul free. But what's freedom if I can't fly away with you? |

foolinlove: The only reason a Nigerian man is outside the shores of his country is to make a good living(which is ultimately about making money), any other thing apart from their primary objective is nothing. If u truly want to know if a Naija man is good for u as u said, as a foreigner, pack ur belongings and come live with him in Naija with a well established business and see if he is really loving and caring, but if u can't leave ur country to come live down here forever, then u have no moral rights to judge him. We go outside Naija, to make money so that we can better our lives, we don't go out to live their in eternity, we must retire someday,we must come back home some day, now what is my gain if after going out to hustle, make money but my wife and kids can not come and stay in their fathers country?(we love our heritage so much and will do anything to protect them, but he can't preserve them when our kids who are meant to preserve it when we are gone are living in another mans land with no hope of ever coming home?). So my dear, I know Nigerian men better than u do, because I am one of them, I can not go to the stream with a sole purpose of fetching water in which I will use to cook for my kids, but on getting to the stream, I decided to start playing with women that came to swim for leisure. Secondly, tell ur govt to make everyone living in your country equal, tell them to stop discriminating and u will see a man who doesn't need to use u to achieve his aims but the one that will love you without conditions attached. NB. Whatever i,said has no moral justification of men being heartless and all that, but, for every action, there is equal and opposite reactions. As u think left, also think right, don't be self centred, for any actions a man take, there is a reason to that, weda good or bad reasons, all u need to do is to check his reasons b4 u judge em. Come to to Naija to live with me and struggle with me to make a better life for our kids, and I will love u forever. Moreover, a Naija man is not so dramatic, when they want sex, they go for sex, when they want love, they go for love and when they just want to play around, they make it obvious, they give u signs. That u refused to see the signs is none of his business. |

foolinlove: You don't listen. You are making things difficult for yourself. I gave you an advice I would give my daughter in the other thread but you threw it down the drain. I am still seeing the effects of not heeding to that advice in this post. I think you also need to get a heart too. You came to a Nigerian forum, and made all sort of derogatory and scathing remarks about Nigerian men. Did you for a second think that you might be exhibiting ruthless emotional cruelty? Foolinlove, where is your empathy? Don't you know that opinion without empathy is useless? This is so insensitive of you. I have always thought you knew better. You listed some bad characters you attribute to all Nigerian men. Do you know that with this insensitive post, you have succeeded in bringing up a wrong picture about the women in your country too? What if I generalize that all women in your country are insensitive, will I be correct? 1 Like |
